They charged me for services they did not perform. Owner, Franscisco Gonzalez, claimed his technician said the 2 spark plugs they were supposed to replace were fine. But, tried to charge us for a spark plug replacement anyway. After a 10 minute argument, he finally agreed to refund us for the 2 new spark plugs they never installed. The problem is the motorcycle contains 3 spark plugs! Therefore, it is highly likely the technician did not even check any of the spark plugs but still charged us for "checking them". Other people have said the same thing about this dump and corrupt owner. STAY AWAY!!

Do not trust this dealer to work on your bikes…read more If you buy one from them find a different shop to check it over Took my tiers to them as there are a bmw motorcycle dealer and repair facility they charged $140 in Mont and balance 2 brand new oem tiers on my wheels. I waited there took them almost 2 hours to do it once they gave them back I saw the old valve stems where there still called the Tex he said they where good no need to replace them. This is new for me when I put new tiers on at discount tiers the always replace the valve stems for safety reasons remind you my tiers where 6 years old. This is why I was replacing them since I was going on a bike ride to Mexico and didn't want any problems well in the middle of our ride in the mountains in Mexico the valve steam on the rear let go caused lose of control and damage to the bike and I had to buy a new tire down there as the closest tire shop was over 15 kl away try to air it up and make it hold with some tape as a last ditch evert trying to save the tire a bit but no luck and with no cell phone service it was not a good situation. Well once I got home I reached out to the dealer later in the day they started to text me like they where going to do something but then they just started ignoring my message I have try to call just to get out on hold with no response not I'm left with the bill for a new tire and the repair bill to my once pristine bmw bike due to there neglect and poor judgement I have try to work this with the Quality but as all can see in the screen shots. They don't want to and do not care about there customers what's makes things worse I was about to buy a 2025 BMW K 1600 Grand America but not not if this is how they treat there customers I love my bmw r1100 rt can't say much for the local dealer

Everyone knows you cant push a full dresser by the 18 inch bars. At home I would have driven it on and taken care of the tire myself. Lesson learned. The next day we go to the office and the front gates are locked during regular business hours so we call the main number and the girl who answered said they do not issue receipts to customers and refused to give out her name. She later said she will call her boss to call us and hung up in the middle of conversation. Later the boss, Ritchie, called back and also stated he does not give customers their receipts for their car insurance claims for reimbursements on towing. It was cash under the table which was not addressed yesterday when the car was towed. So in reality we paid cold cash and never got proof of service needed for car insurance and thus never got reimbursement knowing our car insurance would have glady taken care of it....this place is a scam and should be shut down as they are ripping off the local customers and literally getting away with it. :/

They cut the wiring to the tach, so it no longer worked and said it came in that way. The tach worked just fine when we left the car.They put 6 quarts of oil in the engine, instead of 5 like the written instructions said. They are very piss poor mechanic, I use that term loosely. They have no idea about installing an engine in a car. I had to have the car towed to another shop so they could fix all the screw ups these idiots did.
