Even with all of my dental issues (caused by years or misuse) Dr. Caroselli is patient and understanding with me. They may not be the cheapest dental care one can find in the area, but (having used Aspen Dental Care in Canandaigua) the term "you get what you pay for" is true with them. I would expect a pediatric dentist would be patient and kind as my kiddo tried to settle down. Then while i tried to help soothe my child, the dentist basically told me to stop talking, and rushed to pry her mouth open to count her teeth. I was so upset I refused the fluoride treatment and was then scolded for not bringing my kiddo in for a morning appointment. I will not return and highly recommend that other parents look elsewhere... there is just no need to talk down to parents and rush an upset child. I would gladly stop an appointment and pay for another follow up visit than have my kiddo treated this way!
