Using her words they tried to scare her into getting her bridgework fixed that a previous dentist said actually looked great and did not need anything. Personally, I've never had a problem with this dentist. Their staff has always been friendly. The only "bad" experience I can say I had is the one time they tried to persuade me into getting a guard for teeth grinding. It wasn't covered under my insurance at the time and I decided to pass on it. They weren't pushy or anything, but I do feel the recommendation was not fully honest because a) I don't see grind marks on my teeth like they say are there and b) I don't experience headaches or issues with my teeth. I have some receding gums due to genetics that does not cause me issues due to using sensitive toothpaste and soft toothbrushes. I will be looking for a new dentist based on my mother's experience. Dentists should not try to scare their patients into getting unneccessary work done.

I was nervous and very anxious about…read moregetting them removed and I cried out of nervousness as I have a fear of blood and needles and anesthesia. He repeatedly yelled at me telling me to grow up (I'm a 17 year old girl who has never had surgery before) he said "I'm going to act like you father here and tell you to grow up because I'm to old to be scared of needles or blood." I was very upset about being yelled at by a complete stranger in which caused me to get more upset. If he hadn't already given me the anesthesia I would have and should have walked out give his lack of manner and compassion. He was extremely rude. He didn't really go over post recovery treatment gave me a few gauze and called it a day. Before surgery he talked about how how he was a tree surgeon and liked that better and how he doesn't enjoy his job. He also said that with the anesthesia I wouldn't remember any of the surgery. I remember them finishing taking out my last tooth. When I went to the recovery room I told my mom I wanted to leave because of the way he acted so we did because we both saw how rude and inconsiderate he was towards people. I do not recommend getting oral surgery done with Dr.Rucker.

She's not only rude and disrespectful but she RUINED my teeth. I had braces done here as a teenager. I was born missing a tooth and Anissi offered to leave a space open and replace it with a tooth on a retainer that could then be replaced with a permanent implant when I was older. This was over 10 years ago and Im 23 now. I've been to SEVEN dentists to try and get this fixed and none are able to bc the space she left was way too small for an implant. In addition she had such an aggressive treatment plan that my daughter roots of her teeth are now shallow and aren't even in the bone anymore. She moved everything too fast and too far. Well, after 6 yrs of looking and appointments, finally we found someone who can do it. But it will cost $14,000!!!!!!!!!! So now I'm just stuck with a metal wire going across the entire front of my teeth forever. I am beyond angry at this point. I'm honestly going to look into a lawsuit. Her absolute incompetence is astounding. She's abrasive as it is but I dealt with it bc she took my insurance. Not to mention how many times she berated me at ortho appts and insisted I get a deep clean aka scaling of the gums and when it bled she told me it wouldn't hurt or bleed if you brushed better. I didn't know any better. I assumed she's a professional in her field and maybe I just wasn't brushing well enough. I was wrong I would not recommend this office for any sort of dental work at any point for anyone.
