As she's working, I can feel energy shifting and I can get into a wonderful relaxed state of just being and not thinking. For someone who lives in their head all the time, it's a delightful feeling. You have the choice to have her say what's she's sensing or not but I love to hear what's she's sensing, as it's so accurate and to me, it helps me change to terms with my feelings or know what to focus on in the coming weeks. The best part is, after every cleanse, I feel lighter and more connected, even after some very heavy work that may bring up an array of emotions: when I leave, I feel like the sun is shining brighter and all my favorite songs are on the radio.
