Our house was built by Destiny Homes in 2014. Every time it rains water intrudes through every window and leaks into the walls down to basement level. Owner did nothing to correct and hid behind the new home warranty program wich had expired by just a few months when the issue was discovered. I do not advise using this company. I have moved a couple times and have bought a couple of houses from Destiny Homes. The first house I bought was in Coaldale and they were fantastic to deal with. I've heard horror stories about building homes and was so happy not to experience any issues. So, when I moved away from Coaldale I was worried about building again. Destiny Homes came to my rescue with an RTM home. This home was built in Coaldale and moved to my new location. I had the exact same experience building the RTM home as I did with my site built home. Destiny Homes held my hand and guided me through the entire process. Best of all...there were no surprise bills at the end of either home. I would strongly recommend Destiny Homes to anybody that asks. read more
