I specifically told them not to use any harsh chemicals on my stove or stainless-steel appliances. Despite that, they damaged my stovetop, and the finish was completely ruined. The cleaning itself was also disappointing. There was still dust in corners, the laundry room door was dirty, and several baseboards and hallways were missed. For the price I paid, the results and professionalism were unacceptable. When I reached out about the damage, the owner offered excuses instead of a real solution and did not want to compensate for the damaged stovetop. This company is a wolf in sheep's clothing. I would not recommend this company to anyone who values their home or appliances. Extremely unprofessional and careless. If I could give zero stars, that's what I would rate this service. This witch is trying to arbitrate a cleaning business hiring ladies who just want money just to come play in your house. BUYER BEWARE!! SCAM ARTIST!!

Very expensive. Paid for the extra seep cleaning services. But they weren't done. Mold left on…read moreshower walls. Didn't even looked like they turned the water on. Footprints all over wooden floor. Blinds were supposed to be washed. Barely even dusted. Baseboards and door frames were supposed to be washed but I'd say half were done. Microwave not washed. I could go on. Very disappointing. Update: yes. My mistake was using a big service I think. I tried another one once and they were not satisfactory either. I didn't want you guys to come back because I didn't feel like dealing with it and having to go through the house pointing out all the missed items. Don't have the time. As I told you- what was done, for the most part was done well. The problem is you didn't do many of the things I paid for and you said would be done even after we went over everything. We initially had a good experience with the two cleaners who came to our home--they did a nice job…read moreoverall. Unfortunately, they left significant cleaning residue inside the oven. We contacted the manager, Cara Farnsworth, and she sent another employee, Sarah, to finish the job. Sarah came into our home bringing snow in with her and did not wipe her feet, remove her shoes, or wear booties. While cleaning the oven, she leaned on the oven door, and the left hinge snapped off completely. By the time we noticed the damage, she had already rushed out the door. My husband called Cara immediately. She apologized profusely and said Sarah should have known better. At that point, we believed the door may have just been taken off and not reinstalled correctly. Once we realized the oven door was actually broken beyond repair, I called and left two voicemails for Cara and also sent an email. She responded by email late the next day, stating that her employee was professional and "didn't do that," which directly contradicted her earlier response. As of now, Two Maids has not offered any solution or taken responsibility for the damage to our oven. We will update this review if the company addresses and resolves this issue.
