Best Salon in Waco, or anywhere. My hair was so dry and brittle and, frankly it looked more like a broom than hair. I had enough gray to need color but with natural dark brown hair the color had to be applied over and over just to cover my roots. Ashley was able to take my hair from dark brown to blonde which really hides the gray for a long time. Now I only have to touch up about every 6 weeks and the gray blends right in with the blonde. I could probably go longer but my natural dark brown keeps me coming in to the salon. If you have difficult hair or a particular problem I recommend you go see Ashley or one of the girls at Oh La Vache, you will not be disappointed! Now I don't write reviews often unless I'm really impressed or really upset. I walked into Oh La Vache Salon not knowing for sure what I wanted to do with my hair. I met a colorist named Ashley and she went over some Styles and some colors with me and compare them to some books. And I thought for sure she could not make my hair look like that magazine. Low and behold I walked out of that salon a spitting image of that magazine girl! I have never felt more confident more beautiful in my entire life! She was so friendly offered outstanding service made me feel so at ease. The staff was so accommodating. I will never go to another Salon in my life as long as Oh La Vache Salon open. I recommend to anyone and everyone to go to this salon! Ashley is amazing, but honestly everyone that works there is truly wonderful! Ashley did an AMAZING job with my hair. My sister had recommended me to her, as my hair needed some serious TLC. Not only was she the most accommodating and kind hair artist, but she is real, down to earth and so enjoyable to be around. If you are looking for someone with incredible talent and heaps of experience, look no further, she is the one to see in Waco, Texas, hands down! A salon has never been about just getting a great hair cut for me. I need a personal connection with my beautician and to feel at home in the salon. I've been looking for that ever since the beautician I had from age 16 to 25 retired. Well, I am happy to say I have found my perfect beautician and she's at the perfect salon & spa. Crystal will give you the best hair cut and/or color whatever you want. But they have everything else there you might need to make you feel beautiful. This is a new salon, but Ashley isn't. I've been seeing her for two years now and couldn't be happier. I've had color, both extreme and highlights, and Ashley has always been eager to help and give me what I pictured. When I've had an idea she has helped me corral that into something that will work with my hair. I recently started getting eyelash extensions and am really pleased. It's a beautiful look and Ashley helps me keep it maintained. Bottom line, this is my favorite salon and Ashley is accommodating and friendly. She makes me enjoy all aspects of of going to a salon. Oh La Vache is such a cool place in general but Ashley is the best stylist and colorist ever! I actually live in DFW and I drive an hour and a half because I want her to do my hair.
