Unfortunately, I curbed the wheels to my car. My car has chrome wheels, which are tough to fix. I contacted other shops and they either gave me really expensive quotes or they said that they don't have the expertise to fix them at all. Elevance is my savior because they were able to fix it for a reasonable price and did an excellent job. Alongside that, my husband also curbed the rims of his car a few times and they were also able to fix those as well! I'm hoping we don't curb anymore rims, but if we do, I definitely know I can rely on Elevance to fix them.

And do not trust these positive reviews. I have been a very patient person with George. I have even came to terms with leaving the situation as is and forgetting about it. But I realized I am doing a disservice to others by not warning them about him and his shady personality. Let me first at foremost begin with I am an actual customer, someone who came across his Yelp, not someone who was asked to write a positive review in exchange for a service. I'll get to the point to spare you some time. After my car was serviced I ran into multiple issues with his quality of work, or perhaps- the quality of work from whoever he outsourced the job to; whatever the case was, he returned my car to me in under par condition. After expressing my frustrations he took my car back in to repair the issues. All seemed fine until I took a much closer look at my wrap. Details like over trimmed vinyl and over stretched vinyl in areas that in due time will greatly jeopardize the longevity of my wrap. I've pressed this issue to George, and was offered 1 Monday to bring my car in to get repaired. He was unwilling to work with me as I was unable to adjust my work schedule for him. And alas, that was the last I've heard of him. All these issues occurred within the first year of service. What happened to my supposed "2 year warranty"? Simple, it wasn't honored. My calls, texts, and all attempts to reach him were left blocked and unanswered. I dug deeper into his business and found that 1 former client of his has left a review of Vicious Wrapz on the Better Business Bureau website, with the same exact complaints that I have- and I mean, to the T. Complaints of being blocked and ignored so that he wouldn't have to man up to repairing his mistakes. He has since created a profile on the BBB website, prompting that review to be deleted. In an effort to make his business appear reliable. That's just 1 case that I've seen of a former client having the same experience as me, I have no doubt that there are more that just haven't vocalized their experiences yet. With all this said, if you value your word and expect others to value theirs- don't hire this man.

We took our Canam to this place mind you the owner was a jerk and d**k head. My husband & I own a business so we were very surprised to see how this man treats his customers. Thanks to these "customers" his family lives you would think he would be a lot more professional. On instagram they put up a show that they do really good work and that's not what we got. I'm not sure if they only do good work for friends or what but this is just not the place for decent work. We wanted our cage done, it was at their shop for weeks honestly back and forth for months. The first time around the cage was bad and they did basically the cage that they wanted not what we asked for. Owner (Jose) basically apologized and said he would fix it and here we go excited to see our canam and the job was worse than the first time. The paint was so bad. We recently went to a shop and we were told by another shop that alpha forced our bolts and messed up our rims. The bolts won't tighten up they just keep spinning because they were forced in. Also, the rim is so bent bad and the bolts are not even new bolts as they are all different colors and different shapes. I'll post pictures so that you all can see it's just not that I think they did a bad job but a 4 year old would be able to notice the horrible job done by this place. So long story short I was basically told that it was our responsibility at this point and that I would need to contact the manufactured company if I wanted to fix it because they did so much now and they won't do it. Mind you "they did a lot already of nothing" They don't take any responsibility and instead blame everyone else but themselves for the horrible job they do. Please don't waste your time or money with these unprofessional people who take no accountability for anything. I plan to report this business to the automotive bureau of California and small claims but to anyone out here who has been done wrong by these people or plan to take your utvs here please do all necessary legal action against these people. The way they operate they really shouldn't have a business if they aren't really here to help people.

I've used 562 several times to print laptop decals for my computer, and while previous orders were…read morejust cutouts of my logo and were acceptable, this most recent experience was a complete disappointment. I ordered a full laptop decal to cover the front of my laptop, and the quality was subpar. The decal was covered in visible fingerprints, bent easily, and just looked overall poorly made. When I placed my order this past week, I specifically asked if I could pick it up by Saturday, and the person I spoke with confirmed that would be fine. He asked me to send payment via Zelle, which I did. To my surprise, I was able to pick up the order a day early, on Friday, which I appreciated. However, when I arrived, the four decals I paid $45 for were not even protected--he just handed them to me uncovered. The decals already looked of low quality when I received them, but I remained hopeful they might look better on my laptop. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The quality was terrible, so I sent him videos to show the issues and didn't receive a response. After being ignored, I called today to discuss the situation, and when I expressed my dissatisfaction, he dismissed my concerns by blaming the installation. He refused to take any accountability and even mentioned that they use the same material on cars. That's irrelevant--I'm talking about the poor quality of the product you made, not how you use it on other surfaces. I try to be fair, but I don't tolerate businesses failing to take accountability and instead shifting the blame onto the customer. That's simply bad business. I was informed that they don't offer refunds because everything is customized, but if a customer is genuinely dissatisfied, there should be some effort to make it right. That's how I believe good business is done, and I clearly do business differently. So, I won't be returning.
