I had to repeat myself to the employee, and I'm pretty sure he heard wrong because I was charged $13 and still received just the basic service. So, I was of course disappointed. Also, he had to take my smartwatch since their tap-to-pay device can't leave their building...they should just have a kiosk where we can pay from our car like every other place to save money because that was lousy service. Towards the end of the tunnel, I noticed all this black grime built up on the walls...like do they ever get that cleaned? That can't be good to have. It makes me wish I had turned my A/C on because it smelled funky.

Customers should not feel uncomfortable spending their own money because the person greeting them acts like they don't want to be there. I don't expect anyone to kiss my ass.
