I described what I needed and offered a package of what he offered and I have to say his prices are very fair for the amount of work that he does. He brought his own supplies including water and electricity (for vacuuming) and he was very punctual. The whole process took around an hour and I have to say that I'm so happy with the work he did on my car. It is spotless inside and outside. It looks just as good as when I got it. He also included a wax and ceramic polish to finish and the paint on my car looks great. I would recommend contacting Dillion with any detailing questions or work that you might need to have done. It was remnant hairs from the previous car owner which I disclosed when you arrived. The other guy was able to vacuum it up without removing the seats and in less than an hour. It's just a matter of work ethics and a desire to do a good job. You seem to only want to do a simple car wash but charge $85 and call it a detail. The other guy even charged less than you and he got the pet hair out. I was upfront I told you I was more concerned with the interior that's why I asked if you do an interior only service. You blew me off and said it's included. Later, you said you couldnt do it, you didn't offer to remove the seats and spend 8 hours trying to clean it. You flat out said you couldn't do it. Be honest and have some integrity for the lack of work you refused to do. These photos are from before you arrived and before the other guy cleaned it. During a detailing service, they broke the windshield on my leased Mercedes E350, a vehicle worth approximately $70,000. Instead of taking responsibility and having the damage repaired at the dealership, they refused because it would have cost them more money. I was forced to settle for a repair company they chose simply because it was cheaper for them, putting my leased vehicle at risk. The entire process was unprofessional from start to finish. They would ignore my calls and messages for days at a time, leaving me without updates or answers. It took two weeks for my car to get repaired. When the windshield repair technician finally came out, I learned the detail company had only paid a deposit and had not paid the remaining balance. The technician spent over an hour trying to contact them for payment and even threatened to take my keys because he had not been paid. Meanwhile, the detail company would not answer their phone. To make matters worse, they do not carry business insurance. Any reputable company should be properly insured when working on customers' vehicles, especially luxury vehicles. This experience caused unnecessary stress, wasted my time, and showed a complete lack of professionalism and accountability. If you value your vehicle, I recommend looking elsewhere.
