Said they would be back in two days, they said someone would call, not one person called. the tech brought wrong window, we called them again, sent another tech out three days later, took off plastic wrap this was for rear tailgate window- Tech took about an hour and then told us he had also the wrong size, We were upset, two times- we had no other car, it was very dangerous to drive with no back window and it was raining a lot. The tech said I don't have plastic sorry. He said someone would call, no one did. We called next they said Well the 4th is coming up so we will have to do it on the 6th, guess what, no they could not or did not show up. We called again and they said it would have to wait for several more days, they would have to order it from Honda it would be 200 more dollars. Duh why did you wait for almost two weeks, we had to drive to Atlanta for important doctor visits. We told them- they did not care. Very unsafe to drive out of state with no back window so we had a cardboard box, with pouring down rain. we finally got it fixed in Atlanta but of course had to wait 3 days and then they voicemail an updated they of course had to cancel and we had to wait two more days to get it. Then after they were finished with the 2026 Honda, they lost a part. Of course, Atlanta blamed Fl. Fl never called back to replace the part. This company put us in danger and was horrible to work with. No one cared. Class Action suit should be here.

I am giving a 3 star only because the service techs Brad and Chris were great. They are…read moreknowledgeable about their job, they are conscientious about their work and making sure we were satisfied. Lucas on the other hand could definitely take a class in people skills. I originally called to schedule an estimate, David the tech came and did the measure to replace a double pane picture window. He provided the estimate in an email, when I called to accept the estimate Lucas did not schedule an appointment to do the install and did not mention if they would call me back or what. A week later I called back and they helped me schedule the install. On the day of the scheduled appointment I re-arranged my work day to be available when the service people were to be here. I got a text telling me David would be arriving in 30 minutes. When he arrived he did not have the window because Lucas scheduled the appointment as a estimate not an install. I then had to re-schedule the install for the next week which meant another day of re-arranging my work schedule. Lucas refused to discount the total cost and told me if I didn't like it he would refund the 50% down and I could go to another company, which there are not any other companies that I am aware of that do this type or window pane replacement. When I found Glass Doctors on the internet, the Daytona Beach location had a Senior Discount up to $200.00, Lucas said that it was not good for Daytona Beach and that it was not suppose to be on their and refused to honor that discount and in his words "he would go broke in Florida if he honored a senior discount". Would I use Glass Doctors again, yes if I only needed the panes replaced versus the entire window unit. But that is because there are not other options available that I am aware of. But if I do use them again I will be going into the agreement with a new set of eyes and expectations.
