They might be hot because they stand out all day, but they don't get short tempered and maintain top tier Customer service. I want to shout out Dom and Isaiah (Zay) in particular, I got the deluxe wash, and they noticed that there was still marks on my car so they offered to run it through again. This is not the first time this has happened, my colleague also experienced the same thing. They also come to your car and grab any rags you don't need anymore.
