I booked services online and paid a deposit and I emailed them with no response. So I call and speak with the owner who tells me they switched systems and are overbooked and can't get to me for 3 days. I told him that's a huge inconvenience as I'm homeless and will be living in my car. I asked was there anything that could be done about the inconvenience and was asked what I wanted. So I asked if there's anything they can do for the inconvenience. Then he tells me he asked me a trick question as they have no options. So I said I want to book soonest possible and then he tells me in 2 days I can drop the car off for service. I told him again I'm homeless and can't just drip the car off that I still needed mobile service for Saturday as he originally said. Then he tells me they will just refund my money which means I have to wait days/week to get my money back to even book with another service and he said he didn't care that once any miscommunications or issues occur (even if it's on their end only) they refuse people service and cancel the appointments. I told him I asked questions due to being autistic and again he didn't care and hung up the phone

Definitely a scam, check yelp reviews first! Update as of 9/9/20: So the owner finally emailed me on 8/24/20 apologizing for the inconvenience, and stated that his business was closed due to COVID. The offered me a refund for $190 and also a complementary service. He stated that my money would be refunded in 10 business days and we scheduled to have the complementary service done on 9/19/20. Once again, Lynwood did not show up. Now he is not returning my calls, emails, and my refund has NOT been issued. It's hard to believe that this is a legit company when they do scam like things. Took my 2020 BMW M340i in for a 2 step paint correction plus ceramic coating. I found astonishing detail and after going to do an in person quote with Gabor I instantly knew this was the place to go. After we agreed upon a price I was fit into the calendar about a week out. Gina took care of the booking and also answered all my calls about the car while it was in the shop. The Results: I couldn't have asked for better, the pictures should speak for themselves. The car is immaculate Gabor went over every inch of my car and made sure it was perfect. Given how rough my paint came in I almost cant believe its the same car. He also managed to get the scrape out (pictured) that a body shop quoted me 3k to fix because it was 'damaged down to the paint'. Astonishing detail deliverers astonishing results. I will be coming back in the future and they even offered me a complementary cleaning two weeks out to asses the condition of the coating and the overall paint correction. I treat my car like my child and I couldn't have put it in better hands. 10/10
