Again this is someone whose shirt i complimented, with whom both of us had been cordial, but could not be talked into a calm state. All of this because i leveled with him and expressed nebulously aimed frustration over a job that didn't last for the drive home, as the explanation for why i was asking for a redo. I asked him, "i mean objectively, you can understand why I would expect it to last till i reached home two miles away?". His rumination on the phrase "i felt ripped off" in response to the crashwrap beginning to peel off 0.5 miles from the facility was self-driven. That being said, why even recommend this as a temporary fix if I can't drive home with it? I would've liked it done right the first time and that's fair to express. We don't have to agree or see eye to eye and it's his right to feel I'm overly difficult. It was suggested that I should've cleaned my car first, not that they should've wiped it down the first time before applying wrap. (The car wasn't in the shop to have any crashwrap applied, so why would I have wiped it?) Ultimately I paid $104 to get an issue diagnosed and temporary tape put on the sunroof. I'm frustrated that I'm out $100 and the issue is not any closer to being fixed. The technician himself was amiable and communicative and the owner is also a pleasant man to work with. That being said this experience has burnt this spot for me. Having a disagreeable person work for you isn't a dealbreaker but maybe don't place him front of house.

The guy working let me go through again free of charge, which was nice of him. I also appreciate that they have indoor and outdoor towels, windshield cleaning solution, and free vacuums to use. I loved how inviting and friendly the people are and I felt like I had no worries of getting it fixed. If I had any questions they'd respond to my call super quick and explain in detail what is delaying and what they are doing to fix it. I also was surprised how clean my car was when I got it back! I didn't know that was a thing they did and I honestly feel bad because my car was so dirty before. I should have cleaned it before I gave it to them Fortunately I didn't have to spend anything out of my pocket because the accident was completely the other party's fault.

The job - the bumper matching color was really great - though the car was returned with dust on the seats and overspray on the back windows. Somehow inside the dark tint. They tried to clean it, got better, but it was still there. The (faulty) sensors - short story: I went back there 3 times plus 2 times to a Subaru dealer, who said - "they did a poor job here - one sensor not working and 3 of the 4 holders crooked." This after having to pay $180 dollars for Subaru's diagnostics, and around $700 to fix it, which State Farm agreed to cover the majority while I'd pay $163 dollars. The verdict: - Great paint job (customer service too) - Headache, wasted time/gas & stress for a half-done job - Extra 850 dollars (on top of my 1k deductible) - Using my insurance again to cover their half-done job - A dusty car with overspray on the back window

Close to my overnight destination, I managed to 'limp' car there after a couple cycling stops for engine to cool. at 81 years old I became veryworries & anxious about what to do! Once i found & contacted Malcolm, he agreed to come out right away - in the dark, and in freezing temperature to help me out. And INDEED he did! He was able to identify the problem, fix it, & do a couple tests to make sure. He was truly a GODSEND. And this guy KNOWS his stuff! His fee was reasonable & fair - a great value. I HIGHLY recommend him!!!

If you need an honest mechanic in town, you need to call Mr. Kweleme. My vehicle wasn't feeling…read morethe same after it was serviced. I had it looked at by three different mechanics in Richmond area. All gave me a list of things that needs replaced. Each one's list was different things to be replaced. None of their suggestions sounded right to me. After looking on Yelp I found Mr. Kweleme. Mr. Kweleme replaced two of my vehicle's spark plugs and changed the engine oil and it fixed the issue. I also asked his opinion on the other things mentioned by the previous mechanics, and except one thing, everything else that was told by other mechanics was not necessary. Mr. Kweleme confirmed those parts are in good condition and explained why he thinks they need no replacement. I think Mr. Kweleme is also charges resonably. Thank you Mr. Kweleme!
