There's no waiting room, so you do have to drop off the car & head elsewhere to wait. I had a scheduled maintenance done, and it was ready before the end of day. I loved how inviting and friendly the people are and I felt like I had no worries of getting it fixed. If I had any questions they'd respond to my call super quick and explain in detail what is delaying and what they are doing to fix it. I also was surprised how clean my car was when I got it back! I didn't know that was a thing they did and I honestly feel bad because my car was so dirty before. Once i found & contacted Malcolm, he agreed to come out right away - in the dark, and in freezing temperature to help me out. And INDEED he did! If you need an honest mechanic in town, you need to call Mr. Kweleme. My vehicle wasn't feeling…read morethe same after it was serviced. I had it looked at by three different mechanics in Richmond area. All gave me a list of things that needs replaced. Each one's list was different things to be replaced. None of their suggestions sounded right to me. After looking on Yelp I found Mr. Kweleme. Mr. Kweleme replaced two of my vehicle's spark plugs and changed the engine oil and it fixed the issue. I also asked his opinion on the other things mentioned by the previous mechanics, and except one thing, everything else that was told by other mechanics was not necessary. Mr. Kweleme confirmed those parts are in good condition and explained why he thinks they need no replacement. I think Mr. Kweleme is also charges resonably. Thank you Mr. Kweleme!
