This is an update of the review that I posted earlier today. I received a follow up text message from Pro Source with the attached information that they indicated they had sent to me. In addition, I texted them the "Confirmed Appointment," message that I had received. I was told that this was a second party advertising company and they did not receive it. Unfortunately, It appears that neither Pro Source nor I received the relevant information. So sorry for the miss understanding on both of our parts. I wish this company God" Best and much success in their continual future business endeavors. On, Wednesday, I requested a car wash from Pro Source Auto Detail. Made the inquiry through yelp and received an email with an available day and time, on Thursday. It stated to "Reply to William on Yelp," which I did. I responded and confirmed the date and time, which was for today April 18, 2025 10.00 am - 12:00 pm. After no one arrived by 12:10, I called and was told they did not receive my response through yelp. Got some nonsense about the yelp app and etc. I was told that I was sent a message with their contact information, including name and telephone number. Did not receive any of that. Then I was told that my vehicle could not be done until next week. I stated that I wanted it done by this week end that is the reason I accepted the Friday appointment. Interesting to note, there are no recent good reviews. The only review in 2025 was a 1 Star. I should have paid attention to that and the fact that this was the cheapest quote I received. Next time I will follow my mom's advice, you get what you pay for, as well as be led by the Holy Spirit! read more

I have a Tesla and was very much particular about getting it hand washed. I stumbled upon Pro Source after a quick yelp search while offering a $50 for $75 deal. Fast forward a few days after i had called to make an appointment. The coupon had expired as I couldn't schedule time but they still accepted it. Detailing took a little over an hour. The exteriors looked factory new and the interior was spic and span. These guys would be my go-to from now on! read more

The first time William cleaned my car, he came to the house and it was a perfect detail. He removed stains even the dealership said they couldn't get out. I was very impressed. On my next service, he was busy so he sent a different employee. I hope he never does that again. I will continue to use his service but only if William himself comes to do the job. Called ProSource regarding Detailing and Ceramic Coating (of which I had very little knowledge). The person answering the phone was William, I had no idea he was the owner. However, he answered all of my questions on the phone and said I could come by the office so he could look at my vehicle and discuss further. Appointment was made and kept. Bottom line, I ended up taking my car back for a Ceramic Coating, I picked my car up after a couple of days in the shop and I was more than pleased when I saw the end results. Better yet, it seems to look better day, by day. Professionalism and excellent customer service is hard to find, as well as, getting the job done to your satisfaction. Thank you very much for your kindness and time. I will definitely be using Pro Source for all of my future auto need services, that they provide. This company did a wonderful job on my Camry and Husband's Sonata. We had never had our cars detailed before & our cars looked so terrible. Now they look almost brand new. I highly recommend William & his business. He was very polite and communicated expectations. Great Customer Service + they come to you! There are few times in life when you need your car shampooed as soon as humanly possible, but when you do, these guys are there ASAP! I gave a friend a ride home from the bar, and let's just say she ruined my backseat "exhorsist style". The amount of damage and smell was overbearing, I couldn't stand to drive it! The mobile unit showed up within an hour of my call, and after a lot of hard work, had it like new. I cannot recommend them enough. They saved my car, my wallet, and probably a friendship. I called on Sunday to make an appointment for mobile detailing for the following Thursday. I was prepared to pay over $150 to get this company to come to my house to clean my car before I move across country next week. This morning when I called to confirm my appointment at 10am (one hour before my scheduled time slot) the owner of the shop picked up and told me he had been planning to call me to reschedule my appointment. I told him this wouldn't be possible because I am completely booked up and won't be in town after today. today was my last possible day to get my car detailed. he told me he was short staffed and could maybe push me to end of day today. i told him i needed my car by the time i got off work. he told me his only detailer was booked up and he was out of town so there was nothing he could do. i asked if he could push any other appointment instead of mine, because i'm confused why my appointment is the only one to get rescheduled, and gave me the same excuse about not having enough staff. i told him he was screwing me in this situation because i had a scheduled time and i don't understand why i'm the only person getting reschedule when i am legit moving tomorrow. instead of trying to find a solution, the owner was short and rude. i told him i would write a review and he said he would report me to google because he didn't want to do business with me anyways. the amount of disgust i have for this human being i haven't even met in person is immaculate. i encourage everyone not to do business here, and i come from growing up in the service industry. i believe customer service is top priority but clearly here it isn't even thought about. i normally don't write reviews but this man has caused me so much stress and anxiety about my move because he was an asshole. plain and simple. i hope you read this review and think twice about ever giving such a disgusting establishment your money read more

We've had our vehicles detailed by almost every local service provider and they were all just okay. FINALLY - we've found the best auto detailer. Our minivan was such a mess - and stinky. And I'm allergic to artificial air fresheners. We needed a thorough cleaning before a long road trip and Pro Source did an amazing job. No more gym bag smells! The carpets, mats, seats - everything is super clean. I also appreciated how William got in touch with us when he was running a few (5 or 10) min. late getting to us. He did the entire job at our office and the van has not looked this good since we bought it many years ago. The outside shines like new and my husband is thrilled with how clean the engine is! I wish I could rate six stars for William. His service far exceeded my expectations. William was very polite and professional. He showed up on time (two minutes early actually). He worked on my car for 4.5 hours, AND he was the most cost-competitive I could find. I have two small children, and they had destroyed the interior of my car. It looks brand new.
