Three days after pressure-washing the house, they started prep work, taping the windows & around fixtures, removing the downspouts, scraping off old caulking, etc. The following day painting began. Due to some rain, the job was completed 1 day later than estimated, but they did what they could. The job took 1/2 day for pressure washing and 5 days to prep and paint. The crew was great, arriving early or on time each day and really working hard making sure they did everything properly. They even put back big potted plants that had to be moved, which I really appreciated. Jorge came by the work site each day to make sure things were going smoothly and answer any questions I had. There are a lot of painters out there, so choose carefully, choose A&I's Painting! I will hire them again for sure!

I reached out to A and I's Painting in the middle of a water damage repair - the first contractor (Premier Water Removal) had ghosted me after I tried to get them to finish repairing and painting the ceiling in my bedroom. Jorge, from A and I's, answered my request for bid and came out to scope the job the next day. He identified an issue that others had missed, which was necessary and would require the entire bedroom to be painted. This gained my trust and he promised he'd find a way to work me into their busy schedule. He did that and more. He prepped the room himself to reduce the time that the painters needed to fit into their schedule. The painting was done days later and it is flawless. There is no evidence, NONE, that a large hole was patched, textured and painted. The rest of the job was the same quality and this company was a pleasure to work with!

Our house interior is challenging because it has some extremely high and angled ceilings with many architectural features throughout, i.e., nooks and crannies. I noticed Tony's reviews and can tell you there is a reason he has so many satisfied customers and five star reviews. We called him and he was out the next day to bid on the job. He is very personable and talking with him it was apparent he knows his craft and is passionate about painting. His bid was extremely competitive and even though it was high season for him (summer), he was able to fit us into his schedule quite nicely. The job turned out excellent and on time! I was assuming it's normal for composite decking. Well it's not... I was able to pull off several boards by hand with barely any effort. I bought a box of proper screws to fix it. There was also a bunch of broken wood from the old stairs and enough screws to build another porch under there apparently. So I guess 5 stars for painting, 3 for the porch.
