He had a nice selection of high quality, but reasonably priced, flooring covering options and helped us identify the LVP flooring we were trying to match in our new house. Due to construction delays, we put the selection of new flooring on hold. A few weeks later my contactor removed some of the existing LVP floor to do foundation work. When my contractor was then unable to reinstall the floor, we panicked since it was critical for the next stage of our remodel. I immediately reached out to Alexander at Emerald Installation. He was AMAZING! Alexander came over that same afternoon and reinstalled the flooring. It was beautiful, and just in time for the next stage of construction. He spent 15-20 minutes on the phone with me answering all questions and being honest about what we can expect with brands, delivery, installation and ballpark pricing for different products (and they don't hike up pricing due to your zip code). Customer service is as important as the cabinets we choose. They have a great selection of cabinets but also have - by far - the best service we've experienced, and we're only in the early stages. WOW, I can't remember when I spoke to a customer service rep as rude and unprofessional as Lacy…read more A few months ago, I purchased a few thousand dollars in Tile from this company. I had a problem with the installation and called to get replacement and possibly look at some more. She indicated to me that her first appointment to come into the showroom was a month out. When attempted to indicate that I already had product that I just needed to order more, she said "we're not a good fit for you" and hung up on me. I run 3 businesses... dealing with difficult clients and customer service. Behavior like this is never acceptable. Motor Mouth Lacy, in a condescending, rude, and aggressive tone hung up on me before I could explain that I was a customer looking for prior product. I actually called back to get Lacy's name, I said to her that I didn't appreciate her condescending tone, lack of professionalism and she hung up on me again. At no time did I raise my voice in either conversation, use profanity's or calls names. Frankly, she hung up on me less than 30 seconds after I got on to the phone. I imagine Lacy is either part owner or family member. I can't actually imagine anyone with her lack of skills and behavior is actually employed. Or maybe the employers don't know about her behavior.. that frequently happens.
