The oil change department prides themselves on being fast and NO APPOINTMENTS. They are so quick that when you pull your car in, you are probably there 15 minutes tops and the cost is second to none compared to other places! They take pride in their work and I can't imagine getting my car serviced by anyone else. Something I never liked doing was car washes. Just never got the point of them. But when you get your oil changed, you get a free car wash from them that comes with cleaning the inside of your car for you! So you drop off your car they clean the inside, they get it on the automatic car wash part and you can watch your car get cleaned. And they will then give you the keys when done. The workers are very kind and detailed oriented. Just such a great gem in Bellevue that I hope more people used!

I'm going to start by saying I HATE going through car washes with the spinny things, the suds and…read morewater, the lights . Honestly I feel queasy just typing that out. So I prefer this do-it-yourself option. The spray gun, the cherry Chapstick smell of the pink foam, the adrenaline of the one-minute warning beeping. The location is clean (duh), seems well-outfitted with vending machines and one that will turn your dollars into quarters. The car wash also accepts credit cards! The floor is heated, so you don't have to worry about water turning to ice. Sometimes in the dead of the winter the foaming brushes are taken out but they weren't this year. It was too cold this past year, but I like to go for "Christmas Pajama Car Wash". For some reason no one in the family is appreciative of this special holiday event that I invented. The thing I don't like about this place is I'm not sure exactly what the price is, I think it is scaled differently for credit cards. Also, you might get wet or get the hoses tangled up. Or might not move fast enough and have to put more money in to wash the suds off.
