They quickly made an appointment with me and we went over the issues with my vehicle. They promptly assessed the damage, ordered parts, and fixed my front bumper. They also fixed any cosmetic issues and did an alignment. I'd say my car looks better now than it did before the accident!! They were very friendly and helpful, and always kept in contact with me, updating every step of the way. I was able to pick my car up after hours, which was convenient. He was patient, thorough and walked me through the initial inspection and explained where certain costs came into play. They did the work in the time quoted and in my case the actual cost was significantly lower than the estimate. I still need some chrome they couldn't find a match for but it wasn't part of the quote in the first place. I'm very happy with Dent Crafters. I hope I don't need another body shop but if I do they'll be my first call!

Baxter has partnered or acquired or done whatever…read morethey did with B Street and while I can't speak to the quality prior, that apparently is an acceptable excuse for poor customer service and even worse quality of work. I had a windshield chip, it was "repaired" at B Street, after being accused of already filling it (I should have left it alone, it looked better driving in than driving out). There was a massive hole drilled into the windshield and the resin was done so sloppily you can see it all over the area. The chip turned into a crack less than 24 hours later even though the chip stayed exactly the same prior to B Streets shoddy job for a month and with the car sitting idle the entire time. I was then ignored by Gina when I made her aware of the poor work and rather than trying to sell me a windshield, I was ignored, further proof they know they did a bad job. Eventually (a month later and after having to call Baxter HQ) I was quoted a new windshield and they would waive labor costs...Omaha Glass Pro was over $100 less INCLUDING labor. Go there and work with a great group of people who are pleasant, maintain high standards at all times, and have fantastic prices. B Street is a sad excuse for a business that would rather blame everyone else for their incompetence than find good people and raise their standards.
