I also visited for some problems with my air conditioning, and they quickly helped me in identifying my best solutions moving forward. When I decided that it wasn't worth the fix at the time, there was no pushing or pressuring that I experience at most mechanic shops. As a woman, it's been hard for me to find a shop I feel comfortable in, and this is it! I was also told that they are not known for selling cars yet. I have seen themselves several, so I wasn't sure what the issue was with selling one to me. The title for the car i sign had two owners. I was unaware of that until arriving at the DMV. After notifying him, I returned to figure out the signing process. After leaving the building, I was told that my money will be returned to me. And I will not be getting the car, even though I had already signed on the title and given cash. Not trust worthy people at all. Now my name is on the title of a car that I do not have the possession to. Would not recommend this place. The sad part is I've been going here for about 10 years. So I thought I would be treated better then this.

After some research into area shops, I decided to try OCR. I was highly impressed at how clean, efficient, and professional the office and the garage was. The estimator who worked with me was very honest, and the estimate was accurate to the actual services performed. The service was fast, too, once I went in for the repairs - one day turnaround - and fairly priced. The repairs I needed were minor and cosmetic, so I did not work with insurance and I can't comment on that aspect, but they do seem to work with all major insurance companies. All the little things I needed done got done, and when they finished, they lightly detailed my car, including buffing out some scratches on the hood, which was a nice touch. Of course, I hope I never need to come back, but if I do need a body shop's services again, I'll certainly be a repeat customer.

After waiting, the worker finally returned--not only with my car but also with multiple bags of fast food for himself and his coworkers. It was infuriating to see that he had stopped for fast food while using my vehicle. To make matters worse, he casually remarked about how comfortable the ride was.
