The line can be excruciatingly slow, especially when you have purchased a "speed pass" AND especially if the person in front of you is buying a new membership. (Btw, The correct solution is to have new folks go inside. Super easy, and doesn't inconvenience everyone else.) When I complained to the manager about being forced to wait in line for a long period of time (while the person in front of my slowly and leisurely sign-up for the "quick" monthly service") he told me I was to blame for the situation! I suggest he is not a good manager and should be retrained in proper customer service or perhaps demoted. I am considering cancelling my membership based on this terrible service.

I was trying to straighten out to avoid getting damaged. They fold back both mirrors, but no one bothers to put them back, so you have to park and adjust them - not a drive through. The interior wasn't properly wiped down, and there were still plenty of bugs left on the exterior after the wash. During the hour we were there, I noticed the employee assigned to our vehicle standing around quite a bit instead of actually cleaning it. For a full-service car wash, I expected much better attention to detail. The whole process took about an hour, and the results simply didn't justify the price. We made the drive from Lincoln City because there aren't any full-service car washes closer to us, but unfortunately it wasn't worth the trip. We'll be looking for other options next time.

As other reviews mention, this business is extremely shady. No where (no where!) is it posted how much they charge per minute of use--just the minimum charge. I was charged $19 to wash my own car!! This is borderline fraud. The price that you charge customers needs to be publicly posted--it is the law. Beyond that, the place is in poor condition, and there was a bunch of debris in my stall during use. The brush was also filthy. If you have any alternatives available, I highly recommend going anywhere else.
