The only thing the gold level had that silver did not was washing of rubber mats AND a spray wax, neither of which I needed or wanted. The silver included clean exterior and interior including vacuuming of carpet mats, clean windows inside and out. Superb job. it was just under $30, which is the same, or slightly less than Splash in Southbury, but far superior in quality of work. You sit in car while they hand wash it. You then drive to next station where they hand dry the car, vacuum, wash windows, clean interior. There's no inside waiting area so not sure where you hang out when there's inclement weather. I highly recommend this business versus the semi-automated tunnel that most places use. Also less likely to damage your paint finish that is more likely to occur in your standard car wash.

I was satisfied and so grateful for them helping me in purchasing my first vehicle. I was told the brakes were done on this car, new, but they were not. I went home hearing the brakes squeaking and scraping and they were definitely not done but they were nice enough to have me bring the car back and change the brakes. So thank you. I was also told before leaving that the title would be sent to my home address. I waited, waited, but still no title. Unfortunately, it then came time for the temp plate that I was given to expire and I still have no received the title. I then reached out after a little while to the guy that was helping and he had let me know that the title I guess has been there with him whole time. I was a little disappointed that I was not told the title was there when it got there, as, I have been waiting to make a DMV appointment. As we all know, DMV appointments are hard to schedule they take weeks out. I asked the guy if there was anything that they can possibly do as now I have to schedule and wait for a DMV appointment and I am still driving around with the temp plate. I have kids that need to go to school and appointments, as do I. So I picked up the title and asked the guy if there was possibly anything they can do maybe supply another temp plate as it was not my fault that I didn't have the title. It has been a bit of a struggle in getting answers, unfortunately. I have been waiting a week for a call back, I have texted the person who was helping me, but unfortunately, no reply and now I have left a voicemail hoping for a callback. It has been a little disappointing getting just an answer, as my situation is time sensitive. If it had been my fault that I didn't receive the title then I completely understand but I was told the title would come in mail and it did not it was at the shop. I am hoping to get this resolved so I can update my review and my stars for this shop. Thanks

They accommodated my request for a last-minute interior and exterior detail so I could sell my car, although their team only ended up having time to complete the interior. The price was very reasonable, and they took a couple bucks off since I'm military. The quality of the interior detail was flawless, better than I expected for how little I had to pay. Sam runs an RC car shop in the corner of their lobby, and he's a great guy to talk to if you're waiting for someone on the detail side of the shop. I'll be back for detailing for sure, and other services if I ever have the need for something more.
