I was satisfied and so grateful for them helping me in purchasing my first vehicle. I was told the brakes were done on this car, new, but they were not. I went home hearing the brakes squeaking and scraping and they were definitely not done but they were nice enough to have me bring the car back and change the brakes. So thank you. I was also told before leaving that the title would be sent to my home address. I waited, waited, but still no title. Unfortunately, it then came time for the temp plate that I was given to expire and I still have no received the title. I then reached out after a little while to the guy that was helping and he had let me know that the title I guess has been there with him whole time. I was a little disappointed that I was not told the title was there when it got there, as, I have been waiting to make a DMV appointment. As we all know, DMV appointments are hard to schedule they take weeks out. I asked the guy if there was anything that they can possibly do as now I have to schedule and wait for a DMV appointment and I am still driving around with the temp plate. I have kids that need to go to school and appointments, as do I. So I picked up the title and asked the guy if there was possibly anything they can do maybe supply another temp plate as it was not my fault that I didn't have the title. It has been a bit of a struggle in getting answers, unfortunately. I have been waiting a week for a call back, I have texted the person who was helping me, but unfortunately, no reply and now I have left a voicemail hoping for a callback. It has been a little disappointing getting just an answer, as my situation is time sensitive. If it had been my fault that I didn't receive the title then I completely understand but I was told the title would come in mail and it did not it was at the shop. I am hoping to get this resolved so I can update my review and my stars for this shop. Thanks

Could this possibly come out using PDR? (Paintless Dent Removal). I initially called a place that just does PDR but it was a little too far from my house and they were a little frustrating to schedule an appointment with. On a whim I called Affordable and they told me to come right down. Jaime gave me an estimate and told me to bring it back the next day. 24 hours later BOOM. That unsightly dent it gone. And the price? Well they definitely lived upto their name. But most of all the quality of repair was great. I can't tell at all where the dent was. 100% gone. And I'm 100% satisfied. There are no shortcuts here. Their goal is to get your mint, or as close to mint as possible. The people here take pride in what they do. They explained to me what they were gonna do, and how long it would take (5 hours). While they worked, I waited in their conference room (which is very, very cool), and was able to catch up on work. The results were very exceptional. Anthony hooked me up with a bottle of concentrated deodorizing spray. Car looks great, doesn't smell bad anymore, and the wife is happy.
