For the price, I am beyond disappointed. On top of that, the $200 price didn't even include washing the outside of the car. The inside of the car looks dull and lackluster. After a full detail, I expect my car to be shining like new. We are about to get some Armorall to finish the job ourselves. And we're taking it to get the outside washed. Please find another detail shop. This place isn't worth it.

So I called to schedule an appointment with Benjamin who told me they had an available appointment for Monday at 5 pm . I accepted the appointment via text message . Monday comes and I get a text from Benjamin at 11:16 am saying that his guys were running behind for the day if I could reschedule for Tuesday ( today ) . I agreed to reschedule for 5 pm Tuesday . It's now Tuesday and I'm on my way to my appointment well his old business address is listed so I get there and I can't find the place . Got a text from Benjamin at 5:05 pm asking if I was still coming ? I texted back immediately saying I was having trouble finding the place . I ended up calling him to see what's going on he then informed he had a new business address which isn't listed so he texted me the new address which was almost 10 mins from where I was I had to get back on the freeway going in the opposite direction . Why not inform a new customer of your address update beforehand ? . Just completely unprofessional. I finally get there there's no signs listed at the place it looks like an auto shop I pull in visibly annoyed because of the unprofessionalism . And in turn Instead of being apologetic he gets an attitude and had an arrogant tone . So I decided not to get the service for 280.00 I can go somewhere my money and time is valued and appreciated rather than deal with unprofessionalism and a bunch guys hanging around at a shop . Don't recommend coming here ! Go spend your money elsewhere !

The founder Joel is very honest and gave me a great quote price for my car when he came out to my home. The package I got was the ceramic 5 year protection and paint correction..He really cared and took his time and the quality of work shows. During the detail he show me the before and after until the end. Of course since my car is black the colored requires more attention. I couldn't be more pleased of the outcome of the finished work Joel did. My certified used car I bought no longer looks like a used car.. it looks like my car. And looks as if I got it off the show room floor. I highly recommend this company to car folk that really care for their cars and want the best.

I made an appointment to drop off my vehicle at 2:15pm, I actually arrived at 1:50pm and waited. The guy arrived at around 2:10pm and 2 mustangs pulled up shortly after. At around 2:20pm I decided to check what the process for the wash was, I was informed that it would take around an hour and a half as he had 2 mustangs to clean before he would begin on my camaro. I left my keys and walked around for 2 hours to come back and see my car hadn't been touched. I debated on waiting even more until I realized other cars were getting cleaned before mine, given these cars weren't their at 2:15pm. I asked for my keys and left, yes he apologized and offered to give me a discount if I brought it back another day, issue is I live in patterson and don't usually travel to Stockton. End of story after 2 hours I am still left with a dirty car.
