I took my Toyota Highlander to Donny's after he rescheduled my appointment the first time. I paid…read morehim $225, he had my car for TWO DAYS! He said he was going to shampoo it top to bottom, front to back. Put a clear coat on the paint and blacken the wheel wells.... And when I got it back, I was extremely unhappy with the job. When I called back to setup an appointment he put me out a week and told me to wash and vacuum it before I brought it back. When I called to bring it back he said, "it shouldn't take long to fix what you want fixed". So I pulled up and tried to show him what I was unhappy with and he gave me a lot of attitude, raising his voice at my boyfriend and I, telling me "look lady! I've been doing this for so many years and have detailed cars for shows". I have two kids with one on the way; I took him my clean car and paid him to detail it. He MAY have waxed it, but left residue everywhere and then offered me $20 and told me to go get my car washed. I do not suggest going to him for any detail work. I would not give even one star, if I could.

I didnt want to attempt to clean myself and nesting particles had gotten inside the cabin filter, blow motor, and hoses....he got in every nook and cranny to clean and knew exactly how to handle these type of infestations and handled it carefully, professionally and delivered a totally sanitized, and deodorized and thoroughly clean car to us....even when many other detailers would not/did not know how to tackle this.
