Here in Chico more often than not my car is still dirty after the wash. I have to run thru twice and is still dripping dark color soap that stains my white car and the towels i use to dry it. Additionally it does not clean the flies from the front bumper and hood. It never comes out clean in the front area. It'd be nice if they maintained the trash cans empty and the vacuum area clean.

Went to use the touchless automated car wash tonight - the facility seems pretty dilapidated since we were here last but we went ahead and paid for our "special"wash using the kiosk and entered the wash which did start its cycle - about halfway through the soaping, it just seemed to quit - the rest of the facility still had power (other customers were still using the vacuums) but the touchless just gave up - there was no one around AND there is no contact information anywhere on location OR online to report the issue. Luckily, the machine quit in a position that didn't impede our exit. We will NOT use this location again. Before this, we had used the facility for more than 20 years and always been very pleased with the facility upkeep, care, and amenities. Hearing that there has been a change in ownership explains the drastic change in reliability and service.

Prep person just wets the front and sometimes the side and most of the time, ignores the back. The rear of our suv is never clean. The vertical brush on the right lags and swings way out and never really touches the passenger side of the other small car we drive. Employees generally seem like they are miserable working there. I am not very happy & very dissatisfied with one of your services in Chico when we took my SUV (Ford Explorer, navy blue color) to the Surf thru Express Car Wash in the south part of Chico, CA last August 8th. People were nice but not sure about their "integrity" (or your company's?), we chose the top level, $22 one-time payment. Yet, they did not do a good job which caused us to redo *twice* (driving thru the wash bldg) within minutes due to numerous dissatisfactions. If the credit hasn't been reversed, we have to let our attorney know. They are waiting for our "green light:" (or not). You have until next week, August 20th. I dislike making threats but based upon a few places like yours taken advantage of us, deaf people. Hope you understand my discouragement. It crushes our hearts typing you an email like this. Hear from you whenever you have time but as soon as you can, can you? This is because I am not the only one who expressed concerns, too.. But pls refund $22 back to me ASAP and tio IMPROVE the service by adding *pre-carwash* "hand washing(+ scurbing, too) as well just like many luxury (or sophisticated) car wash companies do.
