I brought my son on a weekday afternoon just a few days before the first day of practice. We were greeted upon entering. I let the two team members working know why we were there and what we needed. They said they could print the logo on the uniform that day and send it home with us. Thank goodness! I didn't want to make another 40-minute drive back to Roswell. They were super helpful and knowledgeable. I had a ton of questions since this was our first season. They made great recommendations that didn't break the bank. Many shops (including a major chain) try to fill the gift space but I love to find unique items that are not everywhere. That is how I felt here. While speaking to the young lady, she told me there are only a couple of locations. This is not a chain! I like that. They had choices from gifts to decor to clothing and so much in between. My daughter has a wedding to attend next weekend and we found a dress that I thought would be perfect. It looked great on her. The other day while at work, they broke mid-step while I was simply walking. The store refuses to refund or exchange. Their excuse was that they "can't resell damaged product if they accept the return". Well, unfortunately you will also never be able to sell to this customer again. A simple refund of a measly $23 and I would have been on my way. I cannot even imagine stepping foot in their store again. You get better service from Forever 21, and that is sad. I am not familiar with other boutiques return policies, but I strongly advice you put down the cute pair of bell bottoms you see at Ensemble and go find them at another boutique who respects your business. The customer she was checking out before left laughing and overall seemed to have a good time with the senior employee. But when it came down to her greeting me she had a nasty look accompanied by an offensive tone. I can't help but feel like she greeted and talked to me differently because of the color of my skin. Because she had an awful look on her face I asked her if she was having a nice day. She completely ignored me, but I stayed patient because she is elderly. But I never want to be treated differently again because of my looks, or because you are simply just having a bad day. Horrible customer service shouldn't be tolerated at any store, nor should anyone be treated with disrespect. I do not recommend this Cavender's at all!

I would rate the service hit or miss. Like others have mentioned - sometimes I am delighted and other times I am disappointed, but because I love the quality and selection of merchandise so I will always come back! A salesperson who is not attentive or barely polite is a disincentive to buyers who can spend their money any place they choose. So to the Mgr of Sundance - do some coaching with your associates and select staff wisely. It's the difference between shoppers spending a couple of hundred dollars vs a couple of thousand.

The sales person brought out two other pairs of Kork Ease shoes in another style, but of course they were not what I wanted. This store is always hit or miss, some of the associates are nice, others not so much. The BAIT And switch tactics are not what I expected from Sundance, and I have no idea why they would do this. Have no desire to go back anytime soon if they take advantage of loyal customers.
