I've been here a few times now since it opened, probably 4 times. I think I've given it enough…read morechances. It doesn't do a very good job. It doesn't seem to get my Jeep any cleaner than any of the $3 gas station washes in town. It leaves a lot of dirt on the back of my Jeep. It doesn't even clean up close around the washer fluid sprayers on my hood. It just doesn't get my Jeep very clean. At all. On top of that, it pushes you through the drying section too fast to get rid of the water. Sure, it's blowing at you at 90mph, but you only get about 5 seconds worth of dry time. They offer 4 levels of wash. I've done at least 3 of them and I haven't noticed a difference in quality between the cheapest and the 'deluxe' version. None of them get my Jeep clean. I was hopeful when this was announced. I'm now officially disappointed. I'd love to see something more like Mr. Car Wash in Des Moines where they'll actually hand dry it for you. I can get a much better wash and air dry many places in Ames/Huxley at a better price than this. I really wanted this to be better.

He said $1200 to make it mechanically Sound and safe. Then it became $1400. Then $1500. Ended at almost $1700. He did me a "favor" of not charging me the 2% for using the credit card. Gee, thanks. It felt like a mechanic taking advantage of a college kid away from home. Would NEVER recommend this garage to anyone!!!

I'm out 3 months at a time and have 3 week left but my bmx frame got a stress crack so I called up the shop at about 11 am and asked if they could make a small tack weld on my bmx frame and they said not a problem come on by. We can get it done. I then waited a hour more at the hotel and the. drove our truck and 20ft trailer on a goose chance down some crazy back roads. We finally found it and I was so excited that they could help! So I can get back to o inspiring kids. I went in there and there was nobody at the front but fighting on the phone taking about 10 min until he said hang on and walked from the back to great me Rudely but I proceeded to tell him what I was out to do and how I called a hour ago. Then I asked asked him if he knew who I talked to so I could get the spot touched up on my bike. he said I'm going to have to pencil you in... I was like well I called about an hour ago and someone told me they would be able to fix it now; since it would only take a couple seconds. He then replied.... we can't fix it we don't have time for that little speck of weld ( literally 10 second tack weld) I then said how about 50 dollars? He still said no we don't have time but yet he was hardly busy at all fighting on the phone in the back. Then trying to tell me the guy who toiled me it was okay . was at lunch. He was a dick don't go here I ended up just leaving and getting it done for free up the street.
