On our last service, after our cleaners left, we saw that one of our three bathrooms had not been cleaned at all, and another was poorly cleaned. We notified management about this and asked that someone return to clean those spaces -- not necessarily the same day, but within the same week. We were told they did not have anyone available that week. Instead we were offered a very small discount on the full service price. We then requested that a different crew be sent for our upcoming services. We were told they have staffing shortages and we should find another cleaning company.
