I found that Sean and Manny were cordial however Sean came out with a hand completely bandaged and was trying to climb ladders almost one handed (safety). there were many areas that they called out that seemed questionable. example; lights do not work" (there were not bulbs in place) "water faucet does not work" (clearly there was a visible red shut off below that was not turned on. "windows do not lock, hard to open" ( they are brand new windows) Just a few examples. Did not find them unqualified in some areas. I would not personally recommend. read more

His report was incredibly detailed and he shared his concerns about areas of the home that he could not inspect as thoroughly (like the roof) because it was covered in moss and slime it was very unsafe. We hired this company for a home purchase inspection. The report was complete with pictures and suggestions to resolve any issues. When we had a contractor come in to bid some flooring, he noted that the stairs were not up to code because they were not deep enough and he would need to correct this. I reached out to Details home inspection for their thoughts on this and I did not receive any response. * Update, business responded after my review " We do not inspect for code violations". Details Home Inspection was recommended by our realtor for a condo inspection. They were quick to schedule an appointment and showed up on time. We met with the inspector during his inspection. He was very thorough, going up on the roof, delving into the crawl space, checking all of the systems, and inspecting every else in between. He answered all of our questions while on site and was available by phone and e-mail for any additional questions. The inspection report was accompanied by many photographs. It listed all of the defects in the property and ranked them by severity.
