Wash exterior, dry, do wheels and wipe down the interior. Never received a quote for the windshield replacement after sending request info. Drove home picked up one of the vehicles and drove 30 min to drop them off. Got to the shop and the guy I spoke to (Daniel) wasn't there. Spoke with a lady that gave completely different pricing. I called Daniel to inquire why the pricing was different than what he gave on the phone. His response was " I can't make explain it easier than I did, so a 3rd grader could understand it." How rude and insulting given that I still was never given accurate pricing. I highly recommend you not take your business there. Horrible service.

I immediately got serviced by Maria and Nick; Nick did the changing of one's oil and Maria did the more "administrative" work. The process is very similar to Take 5 where you stay in your car. They aren't aggressive with upselling like Take 5. Maria noticed that I needed the fuel injection service. I didn't know that was a requirement for my vehicle, but I had noticed that it's sounding clogged with acceleration and doing this service has helped minimize this sound. I asked Take 5 about this issue and they couldn't pinpoint what the issue was and never told me that I was due for it. The oil change and fuel injection service total was very affordable! I wasn't expecting to pay less than $200. Maria was very polite and thorough with her explanations of the issues. She answered my questions with ease. Also, I got a free exterior car wash afterwards. The car wash was full of all the colors and got my car sparkling clean! They even hand dried it; I stayed in my vehicle the whole time. Very good service.

I called for an appointment at Byrd and brought my truck in this morning. I ask for a front and rear brake job, to rotate my tires and perform an all wheel alignment and to check the rear tire for a slow leak. These folks are true professionals. They informed me that I had 40% and 60% of my front and rear brakes pads remaining, (the truck has 82K mikes on it) and therefore I did not need brakes at this time. They rotated the tires and put the truck on the alignment machine. They told me no alignment adjustment was required. I expected to pay for the hours of work that was done to check my vehicle. I got the bill and was surprised that $0.00 amount was due. I actually challenged Tim and said i needed to pay something. He said no all they had done was a complimentary inspection. I appreciate honesty. when they could have followed my directions and replaced all the brakes and on top of that charged me for an alignment. Wow ...they are some honest folks. I would recommend them to anyone!

I came across Hitman Auto Detailing on yelp and was drawn to the reviews and types of cars they washed. I am picky about my cars, I dont take them through drive through washes and they have cermaic coating on them. I wanted to work with someone that understood that and properly care for the car and not scratch it, etc. I reached out through Yelp and received a quick response regarding pricing and availabilty. I was able to get an appointment within a few days for both of my Range Rovers and I felt the pricing was competitive. The morning of my wash, Desmond arrived promptly and I immediately felt at ease with him. I went over my concerns and expectations and we agreed on the level of wash/detail service. I selected the Mercenary Wash which matched the type of options I normally do for my washes. I was impressed with the level of detail and quality of the service, Desmond did an outstanding job. We will definitely use Hitman Auto Detailing again, I already scheduled my next appointment!
