I've been without my car for a month now and they were supposed to send a report to allstate for approval for a new part and they didnt send it right, so now i am having to wait even longer. I used Woodlands to repair my Nissan Frontier truck when it sustained extensive damage when a cement truck opened a door and struck my vehicle when driving past. The truck sustained damage to the hood and both widow posts down the passenger side. Both passenger windows were shattered and there was glass everywhere inside. I choose Woodlands Body Shop because their reviews were the best I read and their estimate was most reasonable to repair the damage. Marco gave me the estimate and after getting into pulling the car apart, he found additional damage. BUT, because he had committed to fixing my car at a specific price, I got over $700 in additional repairs because Marcos was committed to honoring his original estimate. Marco and team did an amazing job restoring my 1986 Porsche. The car had lots of small dings and even a crease on the passenger door. I was really concerned about getting this work done on a 30+ year old vehicle with original paint but I was beyond impressed with the quality of work performed! BEWARE OF THIS BODY SHOP!!!!!!! My Vehicle was involved in an accident by my nephew and towed to this location by the wrecker driver, I'm not from the Houston area and agreed to have them fix my vehicle. After three weeks I drove 3 hours to pick up my vehicle Everything was fine until the next day I started having a lot of noise problems with the front tire where the original damage was, I took it to a body shop near my house and they discovered a lot of parts that Woodlands body shop stated and documented they replaced were NOT replaced and they submitted those parts including labor cost to the insurance company for payment. I called the owner after this was discovered and he agreed to send me a check for $800, the vehicle is in need of many more parts including an engine cradle that cost $800 plus not including labor! This company is defrauding the insurance companies by submitting for parts and not replacing them and is practicing trade deception to its customer! They are making money off your insurance company at your expense and not replacing parts that are needed for your vehicle, stay away from the false reviews of 5 stars they are trying to deceive you into thinking that they are legit! Check the BBB for accuracy in complaints against this company. Sure they will give you a break on your Deductible but they are scamming off your insurance company by the thousands! RC read more

Took my 2015 Ram here after being hit on the feeder just down the road. Front fender and bumper damage, along with dented wheel and damaged tire. Had previous recommendations from friends using WBS. The entire time my truck was here, I never once received an update from them. Not even after we had already set a time to pick up after alignment and wash, but the alignment showed it needed further repairs(tie rods). When I finally did get the truck back(an entire week after they found the tie rod issue), they hadn't replaced the tire as the insurance estimate said to do. Also, they didn't even bother to wash the truck off. There's mud 6 inches from the fender they replaced that wasn't there when I took it in. The first time I get on the freeway, I hear a flapping noise. Turns out, they didn't screw the wheel liner back in. From the first interaction with the shop, I knew I should have just taken it elsewhere. Lesson learned. read more
