Amazing owner of this business. I called in for a quote for 3 vehicles to be washed and detailed. Also requested a quote to get a windshield replaced. Was quoted $69.99 for a base detail. Wash exterior, dry, do wheels and wipe down the interior. Never received a quote for the windshield replacement after sending request info. Drove home picked up one of the vehicles and drove 30 min to drop them off. Got to the shop and the guy I spoke to (Daniel) wasn't there. Spoke with a lady that gave completely different pricing. I called Daniel to inquire why the pricing was different than what he gave on the phone. His response was " I can't make explain it easier than I did, so a 3rd grader could understand it." How rude and insulting given that I still was never given accurate pricing. I highly recommend you not take your business there. Horrible service. read more

You better have all day to wait. Called ahead at 11am to see if they could get me in around noon, they said come on over. Dropped my truck at 12:15 and was told it would be ready at 3, no problem. Grabbed an Uber to run some errands and delayed the rest of my day because I had to get my truck cleaned. Arrive back at 3pm to find they hadn't even started on my truck. I waited to write this but after thought I had to! Previously I called with a vehicle needed a quick cleanup (wash, tires, vacuum and interior) before customer delivery and they did great job! So figured I'd send another so i called in advance said bring it down i arrived an hour before closing as I pulled up i saw one worker who paid no attention to me walked to parking lot and left! I had things to do so left car and called the number well he was shocked nobody was there and got upset he had to go put vehicle inside (I was in no hurry and stated I'd leave overnight). So following day show up at 3pm it's outside looking cleaned ready to go! Gentlemen walks up tells me $250 i said are you kidding me he said ok $199! The last vehicle was 65 bucks! I was pissed and paid it and when I left started looking at the quality the entire interior was sticky from whatever they placed on it and smelled bad inside! I'm in the auto industry this job could have been done across the street while I waited at a normal car wash! Next day I went back however it was only cause something i left under seat (my bad obviously) wasn't there! I arrived and was very polite stating "I know things get busy and was wondering if they forgot to put it back in while cleaning the carpet" in exact words. This guy lost his lid started screaming and throwing things! I realize people make mistakes and things forgotten it happens! He finally calmed down said let me ask around i haven't heard a thing in weeks! And I was even nicer to just eat my tongue about the cheap overpriced car wash! Worst place to go. This was a $620 washing buffing claybar and touch up paint. They didn't even was all the dirt off my car I can still find dirt. I know it's small but for $600 I need all the dirt gone! They didn't buff my car I can still see swirl marks there still light scratches which properly buffing gets rid of clay baring I think it's the worst Clay baring I've ever seen. The touch up paint that a "professional painter" did looks like a 3 year old did it there is even hair under some touch up spots. They didn't even get all the rock chips. I also told them not to touch my interior I don't want them to wash/condition my seats they will mess them up what did they do confiscation and mess my dam seats up. Shampooed my carpet I said I didn't want. I want my money back for this crap! All you did is mess up my car! read more

I took a 09 Corolla to them just trying to get it cleaned up and make it look a little better. I had used it as my work vehicle and so there were a lot of oil stains and the light tan interior was almost black in some spots. The vehicle also had a lot of black little spots on the exterior of the vehicle which I could not wash off of the white paint. Basically I thought this vehicle was a lost cause and just thought I would try this place as a last ditch effort to make it look not so bad. When I got my vehicle back it was a night and day difference!!!! The seats were light tan again and the interior of the vehicle looked brand new!!! The outside of the vehicle had every black spec removed and it was waxed and looked amazing!!! I would recommend these guys to anyone who wants their cars taken well care of. Honestly. Don't EVER go to Dr. Detail to get your car detailed. It was a total NIGHTMARE. They said it would be ready at 1pm, they "called me" around 1:15pm, I assumed to let me know my car was ready... I called them back, no answer. I called them an hour later. No answer. I called them an hour after that 10 times. No answer. So I went all the way to the location, just to find out (2 hours after it was promised to be done) that they still had "10 to 15 minutes till the interior was finished" and about an hour and half if I still wanted the outside washed! Ridiculous. I've already paid for this, but I opted to forfeit the outside wash because I'm already here to get my car, and I have things I need to get done asap! So they proceed to finish my interior, and 45 MINUTES LATER, I finally have my car back. Mind you it is SOAKING wet inside, and they claimed they were out of plastic seat covers! WHAT THE ACTUAL.... This is a CAR DETAILING PLACE OF BUSINESS..... with no plastic, for soaking wet seats.?? They also missed several spots, didn't do the headrests or sides of the seats, and there's lint everywhere from the rags they used. And after everything, they double charged me, resulting in over draft fees, and now I'm short $200 until I can get the charges reversed or corrected. Several hundred dollars, for a completely unprofessional experience. And to top it all off, they are IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of to resolve this matter. update: I spoke with the owner, who claimed he would write me a check for what I was overcharged. I told him the time I would be here, and when I drove 30 minutes out of my way 9 months pregnant to pick it up, NO ONE WAS HERE TO GIVE ME A CHECK. They said the owner left and he wouldn't be back for 45 minutes. read more

Dr detail damaged my daughter's car seat, tried to hide it from me, and refused to replace it. Then proceeded to my shock and horror that nothing was wrong. I regret their services. I would leave 0 stars if possible. We went to the fire station and we called the sheriff. Neither said they could verify the seat was fine. The cost to replace the car seat is over $300. They could of called, left it alone, or a lot of other alternatives that would not of damaged it. He even said that they violated their policy to leave it alone and still refuses to fix it. read more

Amazing customer service and windshield repair by Dr. Detail. I called at 5:30 pm Saturday knowing they closed at 6 pm to make an appt for Sunday for a rock chip repair. They told me to drive right in and they'd wait for me that evening. I arrived and was in/out within 15 mins and for a price less than 1/2 of what other places quoted me. Every time I have taken my truck to get washed they have charged me a different price to detail it. I know this by looking at my bank statements and I go often. There is no set price list and they go by the way your vehicle costs. I also found out today that if you pay for the wash with your credit card and add a tip it goes to the people inside. The tip does not end up in the hands of the people actually washing the vehicle. So if you really want to tip the people doing the work I suggest taking cash. I'm never going back to this place again check out the prices from rainbow car wash down the street they are much cheaper and they have a set price no matter how expensive your vehicle is. read more

So this is story where my black camaro was covered in white paint from when they were painting lines on Grogans Mill and Woodlands parkway. This was the only place that would take the car and cleaned it all up with a smile. When they missed a small subsection under the car (it was a lot of paint), the up charge was minimal and I really appreciated it. (It was in a place no one could see and wasn't in the quote.) when I came to pick up the car, we paid them. He takes the money and pulls out 50 of the dollars and tells us to give it to Rosa. We found out she stayed over night to make sure our car was done in time. The up charge was just for her. I was floored at his compassion. The CAR WAS SPOTLESS.
