I've had DetailXPerts do 3 details since 2020 & you will NOT find a better mobile detailing service no matter how hard you try!!! The first job was a full detail on a car that hadn't moved in years, & being near the 101, had a pretty good layer of particulate funk caked into the paint. By the time they were done (surprisingly quickly considering the results, I'd add!), it looked nearly as good as it did in the showroom - At ~15 years old. I seriously couldn't even believe it. The combination of steam "wash" + clay bar treatment can do so much more than you might expect & I cannot recommend it enough. Even the highest-priced full detail is affordable & you're getting your money's worth & then some! I've had several paint shop & pro detailer buddies over the years & I can tell you this... Results using other methods are GARBAGE by comparison! I really can't stress it enough: The water conservation's just a bonus - This is the correct way to clean car paint & these are the guys to call! Like me, you will not only get the results you're hoping for, but you'll probably shoot past them. I had my 11 year old car detailed yesterday. I have a black Chrysler 300, black cars definitely take a beating and it hasn't been garaged for a long time. Roof was oxidized, body looked dull, I was hoping it would look somewhat 'better.' What Joe and the gentleman working with him did was nothing short of miraculous. Joe replied to my Yelp request for a quote and request for information quickly with prices and info. I followed up with a call and he was very helpful in guiding me to the best service for my needs based on his detailed service and price guide. It was just icing on the cake that his quote came in at 25-35% lower than his closest competitors. Scheduling was easy and he was flexible and eager to accommodate my busy schedule. I requested a deep interior service and an express exterior service as well. Joe and his team arrived exactly on time with all supplies and equipment needed to do the job. I only needed to provide a shaded work space - my garage fit the need. They worked fast, but skipped no detail or issue no matter how small or slight. The steam cleaning process removed some challenging stains off my visor and head liner without leaving any residual or foul smell. They went over every square inch of my car, including cleaning under the floor mats along with the mats themselves. Joe had asked for a 2-hour window to complete the work, but they finished up a bit under that. Really appreciate this under-promise/over-deliver service! When the crew was finished, they left no trash, or liquids spilled on the ground. The only evidence that they had been to my home was the sparkling clean car!
