Another great experience! The hood of my car was spotted with remnants of bird poop, tree saps, etc. Wash and polish did not remove them. They were burned into the cleat coat. Edward evaluated the situation and gave me an honest assessment. He gave me a couple of options and then we agreed on the plan of attack. My hood looks 100 times better. The leather and floor mats don't look like the car ever had dogs in it. Every nook and cranny was cleaned, even those that are hidden. They were right on time, personable, and informative. I will start by saying that Edward was punctual & quoted a fair price, but was disappointed with the final result. The service performed was an interior only detailing for my 1996 Toyota Land Cruiser, which had been sitting awhile and was quite dirty. He had quoted me $150.00 for the work, which was a fair price. When he showed up, I was informed that to steam clean the dashboard and console would be an additional $40.00. This is something that you think would be included in the work, but I begrudgingly paid it. The carpets in my vehicle were very stained, so I don't fault Edward for not getting them perfect, but he almost entirely neglected cleaning the dashboard, trim work and consoles properly. When I mentioned this to him, he did offer to refund the $40.00 for the steam cleaning. He stated that since my vehicle was older, the steam cleaner would damage my plastic components. That's fine, but he did not even try to clean my vents, cup holders and several other areas which were still as dirty as when he started. I personally went in there with a brush and all purpose cleaner and was easily able to handle this (see attached pictures), which shouldn't have been my responsibility considering I hired Edward to accomplish the task. When I approached him regarding this, and requested that he either return to complete the job or provide a partial refund, he only offered me 15% off future services. And that half measure is why this review is being posted. I'm definitely not happy with the work that Edward performed, and that I have to post this review, but it doesn't thrill me pay hard-earned money for half-assed work. Hopefully he can learn from this and perform better in the future. read more
