I got an interior detail and outside wash. There was damage to my car during the detail and owner said she would paid for. Owner did not respond to my texts. I offered to call it even if she refunded the cost of the detail but she didn't respond. Do not let these people touch your car. They are very very incompetent and you will end up paying the price. read more

Twins detailing came out at a speedy rate to clean up my 87 GMC boogie van whose interior has seen better days. All the "mystery" stains and what not. Twins spent about an 1-1.5 hours scrubbing the crap out of the seats and carpet. Thing looks mint. I feel comfortable sitting down anywhere without think "what caused this stain" hahaha. Seriously though the interior looks brand new and smells great. Also VERY reasonable price. Will have them come back and do any other vehicles we need cleaned. Thanks twins! read more

I called in the morning to see if they were appointment only. The person on the phone was incredibly rude, unfriendly and answered my questions with a short one word answer. It was as if I was bothering her by calling to ask questions about services. Too bad and a shame when people treat potential customers like that. There are other places with friendlier service. The owner and son showed up today...i forgot I had used her to detail my corolla a couple years ago. At first you think I need a couple of men to clean my filthy car. My wife was using it to take lunch and she smokes too. The price she quoted me over the phone was the price she charged when she arrived even though the truck needed extra help. You do deal directly with the owner - she quotes the price and even does the work and ensures you are satisfied before she is done. She is very ethical. I asked her to quote my 5th Wheel and she said it really needed a paint job and that waxing it would be a waste of money. I highly recommend them. read more

Prior to the last time Julie came out to wash my 2019 Range Rover there was no damage to the liner of my sunroof.She did my car early evening. Upon entering my vehicle the following day after she had washed it there was a small tear in the liner. I sent her a text with a picture of the damage then we spoke on the phone. She said the damage was not there when she did my car that day. I agreed it was not there at the start of her cleaning it. I asked to contact her insurance company however she refused and said she would put into contact with someone who could repair the damage. She called back to say she would like to see the damage in person. i called her back that weekend to arrange a meeting time and location. She stated she would call me back but did not. I called this morning only to have her state that she had pointed out the damage to my sunroof the first time she washed my car. This is a complete untruth. The damage she pointed out in the past was a scratch on my tailgate that we agreed was there prior to her being work on my car. She hung up on me and will not answer or return calls. read more
