The employee who assisted me was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional from the moment I asked for help. Rather than trying to resolve my concern, he acted annoyed and treated me with a complete lack of respect. As a long-time customer who has faithfully paid for a membership for years, I expected much better service. What was even more disturbing was that during our interaction, the employee struck my driver's side window multiple times with his cell phone while speaking to me. He hit the window three separate times, which I found intimidating, aggressive, and completely unacceptable. No customer should ever be treated that way. I have never experienced this level of poor customer service at any business. Management should seriously address this employee's behavior and provide proper customer service training before another customer is treated the same way. I am extremely disappointed and am now reconsidering whether I should continue paying for a membership after years of supporting this company.

Once you've picked your wash and get the green light, you drive down into the pit and stop when the light turns red. You drive out slowly past the dryers afterwards. Next time I will pull into a parking place and wipe down the car because there were some spots that had been lifted or loosened but just needed a little help, and some water beads. I got the simplest service and you get a token for the self-run vacuums, but I didn't try that. Tesla owners should remember to punch in Controls - Service - Car Wash Mode, and fold the mirrors. This closes the windows and prevents the charge port or trunk from opening, etc. There is no belt pulling you along; you put it in Park, not Free Roll. Car Wash Mode exits once you reach 10 mph.

Like I mentioned earlier I had one issue. The car wash machine was down one day. But they offered to hand wash it :) I decided to save wash for another day because I was short on time. Remember you have 100 days to use car wash :) I will continue to use this place and if you know how to follow simple directions like put your car in PARK and wait for machine to finish then pull forward you won't have issues. The guys have always went the extra mile when cleaning my car. Times I didn't pay for inside to be wiped down and they have done it.

This place has 4 wash bays to accommodate vehicles. There is an easy way to get your car wash here for $4 time yourself right and it can be done or you can go as high on $ as you want. $2 - spray water and scrub, scrub with brush and Soap, get all the dirt out. Take your time, get your car really scrubbed. $2 - then rinse, use all 2.5 min to rinse Taaadaaaaa !! Done! There is no machine drying so I just drive and the car dries itself or you can dry your vehicle yourself, detail it and vacuum the inside, take your time but there is no shade provided here. It gets hot in this area in the summer so early am or evening is best. This location accepts credit or debit cards or cash to get tokens. I prefer this location than the other because is more visible on the street, I can wash my vehicle at 10 pm and feel safe, there is security cameras in this business.

I have to admit that I don't want to do full washes of my car on my own, I just don't want to pay to do it myself so any time I came here I just used the water pretty much and rinsed my car.
