I saw the low ratings for this shop, and was nervious -- I honestly only went here because the place down the block refused to take me. I'm so glad I did. This is the best bargain in town. The guys did the inside and outside of my car thoroughly, both more cheaply and more quickly than any other hand wash shop I've been to. Exterior, wheels/tires, vacuum, and interior cleaning, all in about a half hour. $55, including a bottle of soda and a tip for the fellas. The guy running the place said he took over for his uncle two months ago, and made a lot of changes. I can only assume the low ratings came from then. Another awful job. We keep thinking it was a bad day so try them again, and again, but this is the last time we will throw our money away at this place. Here's a picture as we are driving away from the $60 car wash AFTER they were done! Completely missed the mirrors, and where they couldn't reach in the center of the hood was also missed. The door jams didn't get wiped down either. Took an hour, the leather has areas with tons of heavy greasy conditioner and other areas that were completely missed inside the car. We were told the leather seats and interior would be wiped down for that $60 price, but this was terrible - super gunky- greasey or not touched at all. The bumpers, lower part of the car and side steps aren't clean either and the grill is almost as dirty as when we drove it in. Super disappointed. We do NOT recommend this place. While washing the car they didn't even do a pre rinse. They applied the brush and soapy water to a dry vehicle. There wasn't a proper rinse as well. I had soapy residue on my windshield which was noticeable, and a hazard, the next morning driving into work. Also I had three guys drying and they missed a lot of areas especially near the bottom. A simple half assed wipe would have been sufficient. read more

My grandson got sick in my new car I cleaned it but couldn't get the smell out so I took it in to get cleaned professionally! They said no problem and it would cost $200.00. I paid and waited 4 hours for them to finish it No problem. But after I picked my car up the deodorizer faded and it smelled worse than ever. My windows were smidged and my mirrors had water spots all over. They did a half-ass job and it still stunk! I then went to a pet supply store and picked up a enzyme cleaner and re washed the inside of my car. Then the seatbelt which I had told them to concentrate on. I got the smell out. I just picked up my Cadillac from a clay wax detail. I couldn't believe it was my same car. It just looks amazing! I had tried to get out some scratches and dog drool and could not. All they do is slather your car in armor all. My seat has a "stain" from "leather conditioner" on a cloth seat. They said bring it back and they will fix it. I dont trust them. I bought the best of the basic car wash and the spider web on the side mirror was still there. There was also still dirt and dust near the doorhandles. They spray water in to your car to clean the door jams. Awful. Never again. Finding a quality carwash for a decent price is near impossible in this town. read more

I have no problem paying for a service but the wash was disappointing. My 2019 Tacoma was "finished" with streaks left on my leather seats, the floor mats were still soaked and not put back properly, there was still a spider web on my side view mirror and the "cleaning" and dressing of the tires and wheels were terrible. I brought a few concerns up to the guy who handed me my keys and he said he always leaves mats like that, it will dry. When he went to wipe my seats again, more dirty smears were left because they use the same dirty rag over and over again. I wish I would have read the reviews prior to going to a new location. Trust the poor reviews and don't come here. Gave this place too many chances because of the convenience, but this will be the last time I come here. There's about 8 people waiting for their cars and the workers are only drying one car at a time. If you're going to focus on drying only one car at a time you'd expect a great job, but no there are water spots everywhere. When your car is ready if you point out the wet spots the crew doesn't like it. The man inside who I presume to be the owner lacks customer service skills. Went there and end up having black spots like BLACK GREASE all over the leather seats, i got to remove some of the small spots but i cant remove the big black spot on the front seat!!! This car wash has gone down hill in regards to quality. I paid $40 and the guys barely cleaned my car. They are supposed to armor all the dash, door, seats and I asked the guy to finish and he told me "no, it's not included". Just paid for the "Total Look" package at $39.99 +$3.00 for regular full size truck. No lift, no big tires etc. Whatever, that's fine as long as they do a good job. Well, they didn't. Leftover bug splatter and bird crap on the hood, wheels not dressed completely (half the tire has dressing the other half is just spots that were missed), the interior dressing is the same. You can see where the rag started and stopped because of the obvious difference in sheen. Rubber floor mats still dripping wet put back into the truck and not fastened down like they were when the truck was handed over to them. ZERO ATTENTION TO DETAIL. I have better washes at the drive thru places around town. Worst $40 car wash/"spray wax" I've ever paid for. And I tipped before I saw the finished product in the sunlight. So much for that money. Multiple employees sitting around waiting to dry vehicles and they literally wiped down my car half way within 5 minutes and said they were done. Wheels had dust still on them, said wiping down the inside of the doors was not included and didn't even wipe down the glass top. I asked them to assist with completing the wipe down and they did, but still not done well. Will not be going to this car wash again. Went in yesterday to get my car cleaned and my fiancé was charged $200 for my seats to get shampooed, and for the car to be details and washed. He didn't mind spending that much for a good job but it was terrible! The floor of my car was still soaked and not just soaked but full of soap! My fiancé is currently outside soaking up all the leftover soap and water but for $200 it should be perfect! He should have to do any work! I understand the seats being wet for a little while but they are soaked with water and soap! Also still some dog hair left in the cracks of the seats!
