Last night, my friend got a little sick and threw up in my car. It was in a hard to reach place in the car too; right in between the passenger seat and the door. It was all on the seat belt, in the carpet, under the seat and on the side of the seat. I tried to clean it up myself but I knew I would need some help. My friend called Ben this morning (New Years Eve) and he was at my location in 20 minutes. All together, it took him about 45 minutes - an hour to get it all cleaned. You can see he did a phenomenal job by the pictures alone. Totally worth it! We paid $125. My car smells great, it's clean and I'm so happy with how everything turned out. I found Ben on Google from a regular search. I didn't know anything about the business but I was looking for a good mobile detailer who had great reviews. Also one whose rates didn't start at $500. I text the number and he responded in a couple of hours and booked an appointment for a full exterior detail the next morning. The inside was already clean; the car had been detailed the month before I stopped driving. Due to an injury my car had sat undriven for over a year and was in much need of some TLC. Ben is so nice and considerate. He got right to work prepping my car and then started the detail. I came out and observed a few times during the three and a half hour detail. He was so thorough and diligent about each step which I greatly appreciated. I plan to use him for my annual detailing needs because my car looked beautiful when he was done working her over. Anthony and Joseph did a great job on the car. They were able to get here early which was also nice. My car wasn't terribly dirty in regular standards, but for me it was. Joseph said it was considered an easy job, but appreciate the level of detail. Headliner needed a little work and they took care of it as well as making sure the rest of the interior looked great. Three men arrived early and got right to work. They came prepared with all the supplies they needed and detailed our 2014 Toyota Rav 4 inside and out and engine. Found Neighborhood Mobile Detailing online. Was I lucky to find them. Had an initial chat with Ben on the phone to go over some details and then arranged an appointment for him to come see the cars in person. Ben arrived exactly on time and carefully looked over my two cars. We agreed on a price and set an appointment to get the cars done a few days later. Once, again, Ben and his assistant Vic showed up as scheduled in their well-equipped van which contained the best car care products, foam cannons, and soft water. They immediately got down to business working diligently on the two cars for nearly five hours. The end result? Two spectacularly detailed cars both inside and out. Could not believe how clean and shining each vehicle was. I found these guys to be incredibly professional, thorough, and polite. I can't believe how great this customer service was. The service accommodated the area I needed because at the time I couldn't find a spot for the mobile detail. Aside from this my SUV looks spanking new! Shines inside and out and accompanied with a warm smile when I skid off! I WILL Return! Also suggested I no longer utilize the car washes with those heavy duty clothed machine because they leave swirls and instead to use touch free car washes so they don't "mini" scratch your car!
