Might as well just do walk ins at that point. And that's fine, everyone runs behind (an apology would have been nice rather than thanking me for my patience!). But the main reason I'm writing a negative review is after finally getting seated, I find the chair and counter station is full of hair and dirty from the previous client. The stylist isn't prepared and disappeared again to grab the steam machine! So not only did they rob me of my time but after patiently waiting, they robbed my experience. I didn't feel comfortable and lost trust in the cleanliness of the entire place because what else is rushed at this point! Absolutely unprofessional and disrespectful to other people time.

Asked for a mid drop fade and the barber didn't fade the back whatsoever. They left a straight line way higher than where it should be as you can see in the image attached. She gave a wonderful haircut, his favorite so far. Her expertise and attention to detail is great, my husband can be a little picky with his haircut and stylist. Great barbershop for a great price. The atmosphere is a little intimidating though…read more Came in here a few times leading up to my wedding, as I was getting cheaper, "sloppy" cuts from other haircut places and needed to get my hair back together and organized. Walking in here, there's a lot of chairs for people to cut hair, but apparently Dave is the only one that works there unfortunately. I came in here ready to explain how I would like it cut, but he had some of his own ideas in mind and explained to me that that is how he'd like to cut my hair. It was similar to what I usually get (shortened wave with my hair spiked and to the side, with a #1 on the sides), but he wanted to put the "hard" line on the right side of my part. He said it would look nice, so I trusted him to do it. It did end up looking great though! When he also recommended how to have my beard shaved, again, I obliged because I hadn't been taking care of it like I should have so anything was better than what it was. Again, it looks really nice after! The intimidating part came from getting the feeling like I didn't know how to take care of myself. Yes, I looked great leaving the place and I was very satisfied, but I felt like I was talked down to slightly because of the questions I had or what I was requesting. Also, one time, there was an issue with scheduling where I made an appointment, and for some reason it booked two time slots instead of one. Not my fault at all, but he got really upset and someone else was coming in for my second appointment timeslot that I didn't book or need. The system double booked appointments but I was to blame.
