We found…read morehim when we needed to travel to Frankenmuth from the Detroit area and had a hard time finding anyone willing to make that drive on a Saturday night. Will was up for the drive and provided us with an excellent experience. His vehicles are clean, comfortable and well maintained. I am a person who gets car sick easily and found his driving to be excellent and safe at all times. We've used him for an airport pickup as well and he was on time, assisted with luggage, and communicated perfectly before and on the day of pickup. When our flight was cancelled he accommodated a last minute change without any issues at all which really ease the stress of an anxiety provoking situation. I would highly recommend him for any of your transportation needs!

He was prompt, courteous, and went above and beyond to accommodate me and make the ride a wonderful experience. I reached out on the same day I needed a car from a business trip to the airport and without hesitation Will instantly set up the order and assured me the car would be on on time. Will picked me up himself, the car was clean, the 1 1/2 hour ride was AWESOME and I felt pampered. I could not ask for more and being from NYC I know first hand that a cab, Lyft, or Uber ride can be a nightmare if you select the wrong company or unfortunately get the wrong driver. I will only use DET Elite Transportation the next time I am in the area. I highly recommend them and especially Will for his courtesy and for making my experience a great one. The receptionist was so Informative. Two Days BEFORE the event Natalie called to confirm my reservation then confirmed EVERY stop on the itinerary. There would be zero changes allowed after noon on the day before and the passengers were NOT allowed to change the scheduled stops on the trip. I did not understand at first then she explained this is procedure for a prom trip due to alcohol stops requested, etc. Not even a bathroom stop would be allowed. We have great girls so I didnt even consider this. I told Natalie ahe was a better concerned parent than I!!! We were assigned the awesome Bernard as their driver! He was on time AND amazing. We did the pre-trip parent paperwork to confirm back up cell phones and trip plan and all safety elements. AGAIN awesome...made me so calm as a parent of hIgh schoolers! Bernard called us to confirm details after the prom while the girls were at Bubble Tea (suggested by Natalie..great post prom idea...thx!!!) So don't have a heart attack when the driver calls you after midnight...he is just cautious and confirming drop off plans. I will definitely use Blue Diamond again...could not be happier with their communication, efficiency, safety and Bernard's smiling customer service!!!
