If I knew that, I wouldn't have gone. I was charged for a "full throttle" bundle at $30, which according to their website includes a shampoo, haircut, and style. I was only offered a haircut and when asked about the bundle the "stylist" said that's just a haircut. In addition to the price, stylist did not seem to understand anything I was telling him to do and left me floored that he even thought he was done on several occasions. Attempted to strike up a general conversation twice throughout the process, like most people do, and he was uninterested. Even a chain haircut place I regularly go (nationwide) offers to put product in to help a cut look better at every location, without even asking. I was not offered anything. Advice to help, update your website or take it down altogether. That is where people will be looking for info on the place. Stop lying to your customers about what each bundle includes if you won't provide it even after asking for it. And I'm not sure if it was just this "stylist" but teach them to be a little more customer service oriented.

I said she's a service said I don't allow service dogs unless you're blind or you have a cane And then he asked what disability I had. I said anxiety and he said no dogs allowed get out when I showed him my card proving she's a service dog he said get out get out now. I'll call the police. I said that's fine. You don't know the law so I walked out onto the sidewalk to look up information and then he came outside and said he's calling the police unless I move along no loitering I said I'm not loitering and then I walked away. It's the way he spoke to me not what he said That quite concerning. I don't think I would want a haircut by someone like this in hindsight so just know that this man is not compassionate he probably against the homeless people that by his shop.
