I called the Frame Shop and was assured that the framing of my print would not be a problem, nor expensive. I dropped it off that day and, despite the fact that this is the busiest time of year for them, my custom made frame was ready the very next day. I received a very nice text notification from the owner to let me know that my item was ready for pick up. I could not be more impressed with the excellent and prompt service I received. I told her there were signs all across the walls stating 50% off frames. She said customers tell her things like that all the time but they are wrong. I refused to buy it at full price and left it by the check out counter for her to put back ....when she changed her mind and agreed it was 50% off. I am wondering how many customers are stolen from on a daily basis due to employees like Terri who simply won't give the advertised sale price to customers and people cave in to her superiority attitude

He's taking the drawing class for 4-6th grade. There are classes for both younger and older kids, as well as adults. 5 stars cause my son, who wouldn't take direction/criticism from anyone and wouldn't even do the class projects when he took art classes elsewhere. That kid had obviously learned shading and is putting it into his own drawings at home. Idk how the teacher, Mr Bob, did it, but I appreciate it.
