They were kind and professional, and helped mom through the insurance process, and even drove us home. We were thrilled when, just about 2 weeks later, they called and said we could pick up the van. I was expecting it to just be drivable, but the entire job was finished! They did flawless work on the repair and paint matching is excellent. The mechanical work also seems to be thoroughly done. I found one company that was $40 cheaper but after reading their reviews, that was not an option. The reviews of Morris Glass were very good and they have a warranty (which the other company did not offer). I requested a quote in the evening. The next morning I received my response and later that morning, a follow-up phone call. The next day, I called in to schedule my appointment. The tech, Mark B., did as promised and called me the morning of to confirm my appt. time. He then called my later upon his arrival. He is very friendly, courteous, efficient, and professional. In a quick 40 minutes, he was done and he asked me to sit in the vehicle to make sure the new windshield met my expectations. This whole experience was superb, from the office staff, to the tech and I highly recommend them!
