Having been in the automotive business for over 40 years before retiring I was totally impressed…read morewith Quality Automotive and the services performed on my Jeep! They were knowledgeable and kept me well informed on the problems and costs. Absolutely the best ! Marty C.

I have been a happy customer of Quality Automotive for at least seven years. Unfortunately,…read moresomething seems to have changed at the shop. The customer service, the care for customers, and the overall quality of service are not what they used to be. In the last six months, I have taken both my car and my wife's car there. Neither left with the issues resolved. My car is older, and Quality Automotive had always done a great job keeping it in good shape until now. It is disappointing to see that change. My wife usually takes her car to the dealership, but this time I encouraged her to use my trusted shop because I believed they would do a great job. I was wrong. They told her that their computer could not determine why the car was having acceleration issues. Later, they suggested a repair at one price but when my wife agreed and said, "If that will fix it, let's do it," they doubled the quoted price, claiming the original estimate was incorrect. That felt very dishonest, almost like a bait-and-switch tactic. As a result, we decided to take the car home. To make matters worse, the young man at the counter essentially called my wife a liar, even though she had the written estimate. They did refund the cost of her oil change, but that did not solve the problem. Whether the repair cost $300 or $600, our goal was to get the car fixed. That is why we brought it to a mechanic in the first place. Sadly, it seems like many shops today simply hook up a computer and wait for it to tell them what to do. I never thought I would say this, but I do not know if I will return to Quality Automotive. It is hard to find a repair shop you can trust, and it feels like the "quality" in Quality Automotive has disappeared. I hope they can turn things around and regain the level of service and trust they once had.
