Just like some other people have said, the customer service is really lacking. Both of the girls behind the counter had attitude and one of them let me and my boyfriend know right when we came in that we weren't welcome to sit in and eat. We came in later (like 9pm) so they still had a whole hour before they closed. Why can't we sit and eat our food? The food and drink itself was OK. Good selection of mochi donuts and the quality is on par with all the other mochi donuts places. The boba however wasn't great. The taro smoothie had chunks of ice and you could still taste the grittiness of the powder. The croffle was decent although pretty rich. We went there on a Saturday night. The place was packed. Long line, no table to sit but it went fairly fast and we didn't have to wait for too long. Staff was friendly and fast as well. The best mochi donuts I've had here in Colorado! We got their matcha, ube, strawberry, among other flavours and they did not disappoint. Compared to a new mochi donut place that opened up closer to us, the donuts at DNA are way less "greasy" and have a better texture. They're slightly crunchy on the outside with a soft and chewy inside. The icing isn't too sweet so you can have a dangerous amount of donuts without feeling guilty (which is deceiving lol)! Their Vietnamese coffee with boba was also bomb and was the wake-me-up that I needed. Will definitely be returning! read more

There seems to be a gluttony of mochi donut places opening up in Denver lately. The mochi donuts here were "light" in flavor compared to the others but the quality was good and they had a wide assortment of flavors. The cookie monster mochi donuts were definitely cute to look at. I've had the soft serve a couple of times and some were amazing & creamy and some were not and tasted icy. The cones they put it in always seem to have a hole at the bottom so the ice cream melts through & gets all over you. Fyi - if you get the cookie monster, prepare to have blue lips & tongue for hours from the food coloring. The taiyaki on the Angel cone is very good & I could probably eat 10 of those. this is a cute new place that has really adorable decor and they play great music! we tried a variety of different menu items and were left feeling pretty unimpressed. the drinks were all lacking in flavor, our donut was a great consistency but also just not as flavorful as I would've hoped. the least flavorful thing however was the boba...it added nothing to my tiger sugar milk tea. I went into the store the other day and ordered a milk tea and icecream. Everytime I enter the store it feels as if it's never consistent at all. The milk tea i ordered the last time I was here was sour and this time I found some kind of leg?? in my icecream. I'm not sure what this is about or how they clean their machines but this is completely unacceptable. I would often find ants running around on the sticky floors sometimes and the tables are never clean. I'm not usually one to leave negative reviews but this was something i had to put out. read more

Cookie Monster/ vanilla bean ice cream with the fish on top wasn't too bad my kids like the ice cream but for the price I except more. I can get it somewhere else where the fish is made fresh and doesn't taste stale and left in the open just sitting there. The tiger sugar milk tea was probably the nastiest drink I ever drank. It taste like pure pure sugar couldn't even taste the milk or whatever the drink suppose to taste like it was just pure sugar. Wow! Had these donuts brought in to us today, and I can't not believe how delicious they are! I never can eat more than a half of a donut...usually too sweet....these are the most delicious I have ever had! I ate 3 (my favorite...so far...tiramisu) but already craving more.
