I have really sensitive skin that reacts to just about everything so after the facial my skin had a slight reaction, which is honestly pretty normal for me. I told Jasmine not to worry cause this always seems to happen whenever my skin is exposed to something new, and I've never been able to figure out why. Jasmine didn't just leave it at that. She took the time to research what might be causing it and sent me so much helpful information, and she genuinely helped me better understand what might be going on. At my most recent appointment, I was unfortunately about 20 minutes late. I did call ahead to let them know, and I completely understand that being late impacts scheduling.
