There is plenty of seating at this spacious food hall. I stopped by Inchu recently and ordered the Korean Bibimbap with jasmine rice & poached salmon. My bowl was prepared to order and all set in 3 minutes. I enjoyed this tasty bowl which was layered with soft jasmine rice, sesame seeds, bean sprouts, green onions, spinach, cucumbers, carrot slaw, pickled daikon, kimchi, soft poached salmon filet and a fried egg (runny). This quickly made bowl had a good mix of tasty ingredients, but not your traditional bibimbap which is served in a hot stone pot (bowl) with the egg and rice sizzling crisp on the sides and bottom of the bowl. It can definitely get loud and crowded depending on the time of day or if there is an event around (like Red Sox games). I have still had pretty efficient service even when it is crowded.
