I recently made an offer on a home represented by Erin, a Moor Realty agent. Erin straight-up lied many times, telling me the home had a brand new roof. The roof was actually 7 years old. Only when Erin was caught in a complete lie did she admit this was an "honest mistake." Oops, I guess they just "forgot" to add a new roof. While Erin originally told me the seller would replace the roof, right before P&S signing she then went back on her word and said they would not. Erin also tried to hold my deposit hostage unless I agreed to never negatively review her company. That isn't even legal! Just save your time, money, and sanity and avoid ANYTHING Moor Realty sells.

If you are an owner and want to sell the house, he will scam you. In this case,he scammed me to sell the house much cheaper than the market value. He then got his friend to buy the house so he can look like an agent only in the sale. While in reality, he and his friend bought the house together for investment (much less than the market value), scamming me in the process. If you are an owner and in the process of selling your house, you need an honest energetic real estate agent; especially if you are out of state or busy with relocation ..etc. This agent is not the one. He will take advantage of you for his and his friends' benefits. My advice: stay away. Not worth it.
