We were initially referred to Mike by a colleague for this reason. 3. Our recent home purchase was our first time buying a property. Mike guided us expertly through the entire process. He followed up and did what he said he was going to do every single time. We really appreciated this. Additionally, he pointed out the areas of the buying process (e.g. commitment to financing) that we should be aware of and proactively made us aware of the requirements to meet the contractual obligations. He confidently negotiated with the sellers and the seller's agent. 4. He was patient! We spent 18 months looking for a house. Mike helped us narrow down our options and pinpoint our requirements during that entire time. We never felt pressured to make an offer, nor did we ever feel pressured to make an offer at a certain value. He always encouraged us to make an offer at a level that we were comfortable with. It was a distressed rental property that my elderly father was undermanaging in his older years that I needed to sell to help my mother with her retirement planning.
