Here's an example: I recently made an offer on a home that was totally "renovated" by Constitution. It seemed great, but after inspection, I realized just how wrong I was. Constitution's contractors "forgot" to finish installing the heat and dishwasher. They installed a window upside down. The kitchen cabinets were never attached to the floor (and the granite was never attached to the top of the cabinets). The "new" toilet they installed leaked terribly. And the roof they told me was "just replaced" was actually SEVEN YEARS OLD. I could go on, but you get the picture. The work this company does is terrible. Avoid anything they've touched like the plague.

He is not entitled to this information but is trying to extort a free inspection report on the property. He has also placed the listing back on the market, but still has my deposit. I recently made an offer on a home represented by Erin, a Moor Realty agent. Erin straight-up lied many times, telling me the home had a brand new roof. The roof was actually 7 years old. Only when Erin was caught in a complete lie did she admit this was an "honest mistake." Oops, I guess they just "forgot" to add a new roof. While Erin originally told me the seller would replace the roof, right before P&S signing she then went back on her word and said they would not. Erin also tried to hold my deposit hostage unless I agreed to never negatively review her company. That isn't even legal! Just save your time, money, and sanity and avoid ANYTHING Moor Realty sells.
