The trailer recommended StorQuest which was only a couple miles away. The woman at the front desk was so kind and helpful. She found a unit that worked perfect for us. She took care of all our concerns and said not only is the place gated, well lit and has security cameras, she also keeps a close eye on those going in and out. She said it's a very safe place and we need not worry about the car. There was a special going on the first month, so we only had to pay $30 and if we stayed longer, the second month would be $128, which is very reasonable. We ended up only needing the unit 5 days and when my husband picked up the car she asked him to call and let her know he got back home safe. I was late a couple of times and even a whole month late once and he never hassled me and more surprisingly didn't charge me any extra late fees. They give you a "gate code" to trick you into thinking you can access your unit after hours but the codes don't even work. Not only are the times absurd, 75%+ of the units are located upstairs and there is only one elevator that works as the other is broken. If this wasn't bad enough, I got a unit over the phone and was given a price and when I got to the building the price wasn't honored and they had no idea what I was talking about. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else. You'd be better off storing your things on the side of the road.
